I sat there as the lady behind the counter, cleaned out all the garbage cans and moved the trash bags to the back. Without washing her hands, she received two orders and started to grab food out of the refrigerator. This behavior is unacceptable and disgusting. I will not accept a food safety violation like this! I walked out. I will not come back. I remember when Waffle House actually had some kind of standard. Anyone reading this should avoid this Waffle House!

I can’t rate the food because after waiting over an hour I never got my food. I requested a refund so I could go. At that point it was almost 3am. The lady who seemed to be a manager said would u still like me to make your food & also give u a refund? So I said yes if I can get my food quickly. I waited another 5 or 10 minutes for her to come back to say I can’t give u a refund & remake ur food so I said give me a refund so I can go. ATP i wasn’t even really hungry any anyhow. But let’s talk about Justin who took my order. He clearly needed some help when he took my order but none was given but after I asked for a refund he began to talk big shit and slammed the window in my face after I told him he never asked my names then yelled I don’t have time for this shit. In which I replied I know I not mad at me cuz yall made a mistake. The manager & other employees did not try to deescalate the shouting match we were having. It was the worse experience I have ever had at a Waffle House. When I’m out of town and see them I want to eat there every day. This definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Trying a new location this morning so let’s see how that goes. I TRULY WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 ⭐️

It amazes me how a place could be not busy that particular day, and the staff spent more time on their phones, than helping the few guests that we're there. I frequent quite a few WH as a contractor, This by far was the worst. One associate complaining out loud about an inappropriate interacrion with a customer, the other 2 sharing TikTok videos. Steak was lukewarm as it waited for eggs with cheese that came with no cheese... do better.

In the past, I have had some good experiences at this place. But they can be inconsistent. However after today's visit, I don't think I'll be coming back. There were 2 servers, 1 cook. There were roughly 4-5 customers, not busy at all. I was greeted in a cold manner when I walked in & sat at a booth. It took longer than usual to be served. The waitress was not friendly and didn't seem to care. She brought out my waffle first with butter & no syrup and my coffee. I had to wait a while for the rest of my food, and by that time, my waffle was cold. My waitress and the cook disappeared. The other waitress, who seemed slightly more attentive, brought me my food, except the sausage which came last. The eggs were greasy and, when I was finally served my sausage, it was hard and tasted horrible. No one returned to me and asked if I needed anything else. No offer of a coffee refill. It was obvious that none of them cared. I've noticed that they hardly ever bring out all the food at once. Why is this? Other restaurants don't do this. How come they think they can get away with it. If you were working there when I came in, the lack of tipping was intentional. Your poor service didn't deserve a tip.
They only have a limited menu and no dine in on the weekends and holidays. Not described on the website. Disappointing.

I mean a waffle house is a waffle house. If you want your eggs over easy, order them over medium or over hard. If you want ur eggs over hard, good luck I guess. Something in your order will be wrong bc that's just the nature of the beast. Adjust your expectations. This isn't the Waldorf, y'all.

I specifically asked for eggs scrambled, bacon,hb, coffee,Whole Wheat toast,,,and jelly,,,as my waitress stood by me talking with cook .I said can I get my toast she said I thought u said no toast...thing is ,,,she had called out while wheat when order given out to cook.. and I noticed no hand washing after handling vroom or mop.
