The food was good, it would have been much better if it came out together. Not one thing at a time. They seemed to all be semi-high. The service was terrible. Took over 20 minutes to get our coffee. She started to leave the table when we told her we were ready to order. She didn't get one thing correct. The young man that was at the register did a good job of correcting the bill so we only paid for what we ordered.

Came in this morning and was super excited to have breakfast with my daughter because I never get to do this. I have never had a bad experience at a Waffle House until today. I got the super star and my grits and eggs came out disgusting. It tasted like I was eating a slab of butter and my eggs whites were so runny and raw. I asked if I could get a partial refund because everything else was perfect but since the fragile ego manager I guess cooked it he said it was cooked right so I could not get a refund. As a manager in the food industry myself I want to know how this was the right way to handle the situation? Does he not have training? Did he ever go to school? Was this his first day on the job? Cause by the taste of my food it seemed that way. The waitress I had was amazing and super kind. She apologized for my inconvenience (give her the manager position)

Been here twice and the food is HORRIBLE. Literally taste old and it sits out for ages. I first ordered in and my food was nasty decided to give them another try getting takeout early in the morning when traffic is low and they still got my order wrong. If I didn’t want to look like that type of person I would’ve taken my food back and complained, but I was just too hungry. I will never go back please drive past this Waffle House.

If I could give zero I would. I just left. We were about to order but my husband needed to use the restroom and they said no. I can't pay anywhere that I can't use the restroom. My mouth was all set for a late night pecan waffle after leaving a NC State homecoming party but I'd starve before I give money to an organization that won't let me use their restroom.

I will never come here ever again. First time (years ago) I ordered to go. They gave me one plate correct and the second plate was nothing remotely similar to my order. Today. I walk in and grab a seat since it was practically empty. As I ordered my food more ppl came in. Every person who walked in behind me received their food. I asked the server what's the hold up on simple eggs, bacon and grits. As he turns to talk to another employee I see how another plate of eggs, bacon and grits gets served to another person who came in behind me. If you follow my reviews you see I almost never bash anyone unless its within good reason. Been to plenty Waffle House's, not always the best but this one is the worst in my opinion. DO BETTER.
Gabe is the fastest and friendliest cook I've met and I've been to tons of waffle houses. He is neat, well-mannered, cleans his station, and makes a great over well. I had 2 of the sweetest morning waitresses. Served me my coffee over ice on these crazy humid summer days, as I requested. I would come back. Hoping to make a 13.75 treat every chance I can. Had a lovely late night meal with friends! Our servers were Sie and Jenn, they were amazing! Food was delicious and the cooks, Twan and Diamond, were lovely people as well. Awesome dining experience 10/10 would visit this location again!

Was passing through the Triangle doing deliveries and stopped by this place. Service was quick despite the place being busy and the food was on point. Jenn was my main server. Sierra was serving too but also assisted. Excellent customer service from both. Diamond was a top notch cook. My hashbrowns came out exactly the way I wanted.
