Young lady today was rude and very unprofessional around 11am , had very bad customer service and was disrespectful when I asked for my drink that I had ask for 15 mins ago

Not satisfied. We walked in and the two ladies at the counter didn’t greet us because they turned their backs and started talking. Before we sat down our server wiped the table down with what seemed to be a dirty towel; because it left behind a mildew smell. That same server took forever to bring our drinks and food to the table, brought us dirty silverware, and overall had a slight vibe like he didn’t wanna serve us. Then another employee and asked the person I was with if they wanted a refill on their drink and didn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I wanted one too. Just big, nasty and rude. Yall really need to train your employees to have better customer service. Or give them higher pay so they can come into work with a better attitude.

Visited Thursday 6 Feb 2025 late morning early afternoon. Service was great! Facility was very clean! Best scrambled eggs with cheese ever! Thank you Cook! 5 personnel working and all 5 constantly busy with cleaning up or organizing given only 3 tables with customers. Was nice to see employee's enthusiastic to work. Felt like they were pretty proud of their restaurant!

These people working this shift were totally rude. Me and my husband had been traveling all day and decide to grab something to eat and stopped here the staff working there never took our order everyone was chilling and making themselves food no other customer were there. At one point my husband asked if they could take our order and they told us to wait until the other worker came in which was at 2.
Food was great as usual, ordering was a breeze and the food was ready quickly.

Food was excellent, the waffle,Sunnyside up eggs including bacon along with grits was very yummy! 🤤😋 The waitress was very polite and gracious. Last year, we came over for Thanksgiving and we came over again this year for Thanksgiving breakfast dinner. I recommend this place to anyone that can't find a restaurant that's not open on Thanksgiving Day.

I came here to pick up an order and the ladies were very sweet ! They helped me with my order, asked if I needed anything and they were very sweet overall. I ate inside this location before and also recieved great service . This will be my new favorite spot . They treat you with a positive attitude even if it is a little busy.
