The music was so VERY LOUD you could not have a decent conversation, headache material! We requested it be turned down and were told it couldn’t happen because they needed to access the office and couldn’t. The atmosphere took away from everything else.

I showed up at 4am on a weds morning. The place was empty beside the 2 guys working. I didn't know what to expect because I've never been to a waffle house before. I really enjoyed the help in chosing my breakfast. Before I knew it my meal was ready! I'll definitely be coming back!

2/27/24 - in town for work , stopped in before 7am 2 customers in the restaurant myself and 2 others walk in , gentleman taking orders has instant bad attitude saying he's to busy for this much action , saying he was gonna leave , telling a customer drinking coffee he needed to wait for a refill since he was sooooo busy. Sad that employees can run off customers and ruin your business. I walked out after 5 minutes of listening to his rants of how bad he was having it . Don't waste your time .

Always so good! A lot of us might joke about Waffle House, but I've never had a bad meal there and I've been eating there my entire life. Service is always quick and friendly, and the food is always yummy and prepared as ordered. If not, they'll fix it for you. I could've gone anywhere in Raleigh, North Carolina today, but Waffle House is consistently yummy and tastes homemade. The atmosphere might be kind of ugly, but if you don't look, you'll be fine! ? Lastly, my server was a nice young man named Jay, and he did a great job. He was kind, soft spoken, very attentive, and always offered me a nice smile.

Food is good as usual, but this location also has exceptional customer service and hospitality. When you walk in, you feel welcomed and acknowledged. I stopped going to the Cary location due to their subpar customer service. This location will be my go to from now on.
