Personally have never been a fan of Waffle House due to last experiences and the stereotypes around it but the manager here was welcoming from the beginning which set the vibe right. I believe his name was AJ or something along those lines but nevertheless he truly set the tone for my meal. Food isn’t really my type but the entertaining from him and the rest of the team members really made the experience a great one. I might just come back.
I had a terrible waitress. She got our order wrong. Brought my waffle out ten minutes before I got the rest of my food. Didn't bring me coffee after she said she was making a fresh pot. She did take some to the table next to mine. She added things to my bill that we didn't order. Then tried arguing with us about the charges. Even though the food was good as I know the Waffle House food to be. Being served by someone that doesn't want to be at work. Or just don't...
Stopped there this afternoon on my way home. Staff- a very nice lady and young man were only employees working- were very friendly. Clean store. Great service. Wished I had gotten the employee names but they make me want to go back! Food cooked to perfection!
