This location is super busy! Our server was really sweet. The food was nice and hot even though it was served separately and not as a meal. They need to clean a little bit more thoroughly between customers. For the young lady working the cash register, you should be a little more friendlier. You are the last point of contact for the customer and your attitude can determine rather a person comes back or not.

Worst service ever came in at 6am was the 2nd customer. 5 people came in before I got my to go order. Sat down in a chair full of syrup the dread head lady didn’t even clean it up. Ask for a refund then the manager short changed me. Worst experience in a restaurant I ever had. DO NOT GO TO NEW BERN AVE RALEIGH LOCATION!!!!

We had been at Wake ER and had not eaten since lunch. We stopped at Waffle House a little before midnight and walked in, we were greeted by an employee telling us they were closed. very disappointed.
