I want everyone to i had the worst experience i every had i had got off work my husband and I we had ordered our food and I had ordered and a double cheese burger and about 25 mins later and she come and say we don't any buns she cusses me out because I asked for my my refund and slam the windows in my face se rude didnt wash her hand this young derrsspectfful little girl needs to be fired and the cook was trying fix the problem and she was on the phone cussing about the situation and the cook food was was on fire the other customer food I will never go to that waffle house again Gail Jones

I come here all the time, not sure if it's a new staff because I've never seen this lady before, but hopefully something is done about them asap. Ordered bacon and waffles per usual, around 12:20 am on 8/22, because I usually go pick it up, head to work down the street and eat before clocking in at 1:00. Did the exact same thing this time, when I get there, my food isn't ready. It's 12:30 and I ordered 10 minutes ago, it shouldn't take long to make bacon and waffles and also the website said it would be ready in less than 5 minutes. Well I get there and wait at the window for at least 5 minutes for the lady to acknowledge me. There were only two workers in the store, the cook and the cashier with a two toned, blonde and blue fro. Once she finally gets my name, I see her go and start making the order, she didn't even have to decency to tell me it wasnt ready yet, yet alone not even started. Everytime she would close the window, she would say something, obviously talking about us. However when she actually opened the window she was nice, then immediately started talking crap when she shuts the window as if we can't see her talking through the GLASS. It is now 12:45 and I'm still waiting, my waffle is finally done and they JUST put the bacon on the griddle. After watching other ppl show up and leave cause they weren't being acknowledged either, I eventually had to leave without getting my food or a refund, because I would have been late for work waiting on them to make BACON AND WAFFLES. I ended up working my 10 hours overnight shift on an empty stomach, and had to go back to the store after my shift and explain everything to finally get my meal. The manager Aniyah was amazing, she was very apologetic and got my food remade for me.

I can see why this location has low rating. Food- I ordered double cheese burger deluxe, the meat was under cooked and the bun tasted fake, has browns were nearly burnt the middle was cold. My drink I ordered a sweet tea , was brought out promptly but when it went empty no refills , I guess you get no refills. Outside was a bunch of thugs made me feel a little uncomfortable. So if you want Waffle House go somewhere else,

I done tried the grilled chicken sandwich at all the spots around. Waffle House got the best! And the fact I can have their grits with it too takes it over the top! I wouldn’t be ashamed to say their grits are the best too. Don’t know where they get it from but it’s the same at all Waffle House locations. They need put that in stores so I fix it at the house. Share that with a country boy please!
