This was the absolute worst experience with a Waffle house! We waited 45 minutes for disgusting food that we couldn't even eat. Waffle (undercooked) eggs (undercooked and cold), hashbrowns were almost burnt non-melted cheese and cold, bacon was horrible.

The order was not taken properly. I think the waitress with glasses has a mental defect. Coffee cold. Didn't even ask if I wanted a refill. Asked for lightly toasted. Burnt it. Asked for grits. Hash brown. The girl overcharged me for our meal. And people wonder why they don't get a tip. O, did I forget to mention that we were the only ones dining in at the time. Don't recommend this waffle house at all.

Waited for 15min to get our order taken. Then asked for a glass of water. Waited at least 5min and asked for it again kindly. My server said I heard you. And walked away (we were sitting right in front of the drink station) and still didn’t bring any water for several more minutes 🙃

This used to be my favorite Waffle House. Today I spent $22 for a cheesesteak grit bowl and waffle. It took the girl forever to even get my order right. Even though I questioned the price, I just paid for it because I never want to argue with people making my food. Only to get back to work and learn my "cheesesteak" had NO cheese. UGH. Went back there only to be questioned about the cheese as if I somehow removed it. The food was right there for them to see it. Eyes rolled and bad attitudes. I didn't even get an apology until I spoke to 3 different people about it. Poor customer service and overpriced.

It's a Waffle House. You aren't going to get the gourmet experience but you are getting the Waffle House one. Despite being fairly crowded, the staff here took the time to ask my son and I if we needed things, apologized for the slight delay in getting our food, and were just genuinely nice people. I will gladly take mediocre breakfast with great service any day of the week.

The website states that they are open 24hrs why not change the website to 9pm- 6am to go only if they are not open 24hrs for inside service? The website description is not accurate why are people still buying from this business when their information is not accurate . I leaf pot your hours accurately so people won’t drive to the waffle house thinking that they will get service inside.
