This Walmart is pretty good to shop there on the weekdays only in my opinion and experiences. Pros * The store here in brier creek made some changes to make the place more decent. * A few days ago I asked one of the employees to help me find a lint roller, and he took his time, and worked hard on finding one for me and he did. He was nice and talkative. Dude I wish those employees that work hard paid pretty good like $18.70 an hour in my opinion. * They have the Dr. Squatch at this Walmart in brier creek. * They have a good variety of items. Remember I shop there like one every 3 weeks, and the staff there wasn't bad but last year for the clothing aisle for the changing rooms the staff there gets understaffed sometimes. In my opinion I would shop for clothes at target or the malls, because of quick service, but I don't mind buying food and groceries at Walmart. Overall to be fair I'll rate this Walmart like: Service 3.9/5 (I love the staff but there needs to be more pay for those hard workers please.) Items(groceries) 5/5 Store 5/5 Parking Weekends 2/5 Weekdays 4.8/5 Self check out lines weekdays 5/5 weekends 2/5( long lines, but I'm not impatient, I use my time management to go in the mornings or like at lunch on the weekdays.) Honestly this is a pretty good store with pros and cons, but I shop there sometimes like one every three weeks for groceries. I don't mind coming back. Also be careful going in weekends because of the long lines.

I am very disappointed in my order. I recently ordered a Barbie birthday cake for my daughter. When I arrived, the bakery assistant could not find it when it was in plain sight. Then when I received my order it said Happy birthday Avg instead of Ava which i confirmed with the baker two times and it was written correctly on the order sheet. Common sense tells someone that a person's name is not Avg.

This Walmart hardly has anything, the self-checkout line is super long and the black employees here are rude.

I live in the Brier Creek area so I shop at the Walmart in Brier Creek I'm there about 4 x a wee, I've met some nice people who work there and some not so nice, but there is one employee who is so sweet and friendly and her name is Linda she is mostly in the garden center. I'm writing this today because I went shopping and a big storm was on its way so I did my shopping and by the time I was finished and heading to my car it was pouring out I waited 10 minutes but no chance of letting up and then Linda showed up with an umbrella she said take the umbrella to the car and I will meet you at the opening of this garden area and I'll get the umbrella back. She met me at the curb with an umbrella to cover herself and got it back from me. unfortunately I don't know her last name but she is so helpful and always at work with a smile. She is the best employee in my eyes.

I tried to order all my things for delivery & was forced to use curbside pick up for half of it. Every slot was filled, most of them empty cars the customers used as regular parking spots. We circled several times, I went inside to get help at Customer Service & got none. We called the phone number numerous times & got a message over and over. I am going to cancel my order & buy elsewhere. I have never liked Walmart & this just hardens my conviction that it isn't worth it. Not one person had any interested in getting me the things I have paid for.

Everytime I come here and want to get something the prices never match. The prices they have listed for their products never match when you go to self check out. It's happened consistently. Not just once or twice. Nobody wants to get all the way to self check out and then realize the items are never marked appropriately and the workers try to make it your problem when their prices for the items have not been marked appropriately. I'm not wasting my time to go back to where I got the item-find the pricing-take a picture and come back to check out. Do your jobs.

I've been to some sh*tty walmarts before but this one takes the cake. self checkout line was wrapped around TWO DEPARTMENTS and four registers were open with easily ten people in each. then two of them closed! with people still in line! and they just made them move and go to the back of other lines. i, along with many other customers, just dropped our stuff and left.

Come to this location If you wanna stand in line, that's it. Just one big line. Nothing else to see here. It's like this ever day and it never fails. Just self check out with a few broken machines. Lovely.

Another epic Walmart failure. NO ONE in Sporting Goods. NO ONE shows up after some random employee wanders by and shrugs. And they have the $20 knives LOCKED UP. Maybe... just MAYBE, if there were some ACTUAL employees ACTUALLY working, they could ACTUALLY sell some ACTUAL products.

We were in the area and were looking for Walmart gift card for a church charity event. On a Monday night when there were plenty of shoppers, they had self-checkout but only one checkout line with a cashier. Since we had to activate the gift card, we had to wait in line. It was really, really slow. Eventually, they opened up another line and we switched over and still made it before the shopper in front of us in the first line. Walmart should do better and have more cashiers. There were obviously employees there (we saw plenty) but they need more open checkout lines at night.

So many associates walking around. yet I waited 30 minutes just for them to have to find a key to the cologne casing. Quite ridiculous

Will never return to this Walmart if my life depended on it. The fact that I've had to chase down 4 employees for them to call for "help" to a department" that never came, and other employees ignore you and walk away as you call out to them says a lot about how sorry this place. Don't waste your time here!! After 25 minutes of being ignored and no help, I walked out will never return.

Placed an online order. Several hours later, there was no update. I went in and the customer desk was closed. Lights off and roped up - at 6;00pm.Where are this stores employees? What's going on here?

We did online order/curbside pickup at this Walmart and it took over half an hour for the order to be delivered to our car. We have had similar issues at other Walmarts in the area, but it was worse at this location. Most of the items in our grocery order were fulfilled, but for the 5 items that were unavailable, there were no substitutions offered (e.g. eggs, canned corn). This location is in a very busy area, surrounded by lots of other stores. The parking lot was fairly full, so folks who are looking to socially distance during COVID may want to avoid shopping here.

Not one of the best Walmarts in the Triangle. Honestly, drive down the road and go to the newer one in Morrisville. This Walmart is located to a bunch of stuff but always dirty and understaffed.
