I was in the self checkout line with no less than 10 people behind me. only 3 registers were open in the self checkout area. Two employees were also in the area. One was on his cell phone texting. Someone came and cut the line, then having a verbal altercation with someone in line who called him out. The employee LAUGHED and let it happen. seriously???

What a great customer service experience I had today. After an absolutely poor experience with an employee I asked for a manager and met Christina. Christina was attentive, kind and understanding. She was fast to resolve the situation and made sure the wrongs were corrected. I appreciate her and the entire management team. Way to go Walmart customer service, thank you!

Tanya must be fired. She made covid story for 2nd time saying somebody before her on the counter had covid out of no context. Then she pulled up a dirty tissue paper from trash and showed this was used to clean. With the same hand without washing, she continued to scan food and clothes. She is not fit for this job. Request walmart to take this note seruously.The incident was reported to walmart Team lead Melissa. Melissa was kind to take the incident noted.

Terrible, Self checkout only had 3 machines and Ms.Joyce had the biggest attitude not only to me but staff members as well. She got in another employees face and demanded what she wanted in customer service. It was absolutely ridiculous. Not returning to this location at all.

I recently had a troubling experience at the Walmart Super-center located at 4500 Fayetteville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603 (Store #1372). On 9/16/2024, around 1:36 pm, I was waiting in line at the self-checkout area. To my dismay, I noticed that 8 self-service positions were closed, with only 3 available. Despite this, I observed 3 Walmart employees standing idly with their hands in their pockets, showing no inclination to assist or address the long lines.

When I approached one of the employees to inquire about the lack of open self-checkout stations, I was met with a rude response. The employee brusquely told me to direct my complaints to corporate and not to her. She then loudly announced the corporate contact number—1-800-WALMART and store #1372—making the experience even more unpleasant.

My dissatisfaction with this Walmart goes beyond this single incident. The store is often unkempt, with aisles cluttered with junk. The employees frequently display poor attitudes and walk around with their pants sagging inappropriately. I have previously reported these issues, but it seems nothing changes.

Last year, I brought my 87-year-old mother for last-minute Christmas shopping, only to encounter a group of men in the parking lot shouting profanities at each other. This behavior scared my mother so much that she now refuses to return to this store.

Despite being a newer location, which we initially hoped would mean improved conditions, the store has not lived up to those expectations. It’s disheartening to see a store with Walmart’s resources fail to provide a clean, safe, and respectful shopping environment.

Walmart should take pride in their stores and ensure they provide a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all customers. This particular location has consistently failed to meet these basic standards, and it’s extremely disappointing.
