Called an order for pickup and was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes, in a very short manner. I reached there about 30 minutes after the call, and not only was the food not ready, but they had to make it from scratch. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes for my food. Very poor service.

The smell from this place is so rotten. They thaw their food overnight in the kitchen. Not even in the coolers. They leave the back a mess. They have roaches bad. The smell stinks up the other surrounding businesses before the restaurant is even opening because of their horrible food handling and hygiene. How anyone eats here is beyond me. The health inspectors were there today because of their horrible food smell.

Great customer service, and quick turnaround! I recommend ordering by phone, or you might be waiting for a little while if you choose to order in person. The food is always fresh and hot, very delicious, and the prices are amazing. I always get chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice, and it comes with an egg roll!

Used to have the best take out chinese food in the area but lately the food has been very greesy and tastes rancid as if they are not changing the frying oil on a regular basis. Also there is no point in calling your order in ahead of time as they will only start cooking it when you arrive so you have to wait anyway. Looking for a better place nearby. Still haven't found one.
