Just ate at this restaurant. I ordered house fried rice with no onions and boneless spare ribs and my wife ordered something different. We spent about 40 dollars on this meal. When we were handed our order I ask for plates because we decided to eat there. She said they don’t give plates. And then I ask what the tables were for? And the response was, “oh plates cost 5 cents”. Paid 10 cents for the plates and sat down starting eating my meal and this is what my rice looked like. Some of the rice was clumped together and it was overcooked. I ask her was this normal showing her the tray of rice and she said yes. Please view the photos I have with this post. This is the first and last time I come to this restaurant. The food was nasty and the customer service unprofessional.

They charged me too much...they told me an amount and in my online banking they charged me another amount...so check every time you pay that they are charged the correct amount...or did they charge me the tip without telling me anything? I will never stop there again... I complained to them and they said the next day they would give me my money back... it's a robbery when they don't tell you that they charge you

I used to love this place but the management has for sure gone down hill. There used to be a lovely lady that would take and give out orders, now a younger male has done so and he is not friendly at all. I was actually hung up on after disputing an incorrect order. Very dissatisfied and disappointed I used to travel 30 minutes just to get the experience, but now I have a distaste for all of Wangs and advise against them all around. Then tried to make me pay an extra dollar just because I asked to use apple pay, which is illegal. I do not recommend

They did not prepare the food that was requested, we ordered 3 things and they only gave us 2, the rice I did not like, I'm sorry.
My friend and I ate here and he's a really big eater and typically always eat all of his food. However he threw away basically the whole meal and so did I. We had chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. Barely any shrimp that didn't seemed cooked well and the rice and chicken was just plain tasteless. Tasted nothing like the Chinese chicken wing flavor I'm used to. Definitely a waste and will never go back. It wasn't good at all ...

Ordered house special fried rice and there was nothing special about it, only the price match. It had one shrimp and the rest was rice, no chicken, no beef, very very light pork! Food was nasty, owner lady was rude with the customers as well as the poor employees in the back. They are also cheap as what kind of restaurant doesn’t have any plates, nor want to give you any hot sauce??!Only reason I went here is because the Wangs Kitchen 5min away off Roger’s Lane by the food lion & sheets gas station is closed Tuesdays and I was craving Chinese, otherwise if you are looking for bomb food and bomb service make your self a favor and drive an extra 5min down the road. Been going to that Chinese restaurant for 20years and never have I been disappointed. Their house special fried rice use to even have egg, they don’t anymore bc is probably expensive but they always make sure to put good meat and Chinese roots and all! This place on the other hand, disgusting to say the least *yuck*
