Placed my order and the kiosk gave me instructions to follow and then the manager or worker didn’t want to make my order. Had my receipt in hand and even had the transaction on my phone and still denied to make my food. After I showed him then he finally decided to make my food. Not even an apology terrible way to treat customers. Food was decent but service here terrible.

I ordered a single burger, fries and a drink. It was $13 The burger looked like a piece of scrapple. It didn't reach near the edge of the bun and wasn't even a patty. I ordered a single because I can't eat a double, not to get a tiny that doesn't even fill the bun. I'll be giving Char-Grill my money from now on.

A waste of time and money. We ordered online for a pickup. Still has to wait 25 minutes for our order after we got there. Went to the counter to ask about our order and was told we had 2 orders in front of us. 10 more minutes go by and nothing. I went to the register to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I was ignored by 2 employees like I was even standing there. Finally a 3rd employee came from the back to see what I needed. He called for the manger who didn't want to give a refund. He finally found my order and said he call my name but I didn't answer. This was a lie. I was sitting directly in front of the counter a watched everyone they called pick up their order. The guy who told us that we had 2 orders ahead of us, was the only one to apologize. THe manger still refused to refund me and said the food was under the warmer so it is still hot. At this point it was 30+ minutes so my wife was hungry and just wanted to eat. To make matters worse I ordered a chicken tenders box and a burger box. We got the burger box but got a chicken sandwich box instead of tenders. Our order was to go, so we tried to eat it(in the parking lot) because I didn't want to go back in to deal with the rude crew. Well the food was bland( no seasoning at all) and to no surprise cold. So this experience was definitely a waste of time and money. My suggestion is that you save both and avoid this place altogether. Also why I was sitting there in front of the counter I witnessed several other orders get messed up. To the point where groups that came together had to eat separately because one order came 10 minutes before the others. Even though they all ordered together. It's called the big situation at the counter with several people standing there trying to figure out what's going on. Pretty sure this is when my order got lost in the shuffle.

Today, my family had a very frustrating experience. We have some very picky eaters, and I have a pretty serious food allergy. We ordered on the kiosk because it's usually easier to get the order correct. Well, I think it was a combination of the kiosk being super confusing and poor customer service. All of the food had toppings we specifically excluded. I got a chicken sandwich and it came with my serious allergen (tomato) on it. I spoke to the gentleman that gave us our food, and he said I ordered it with tomato. I absolutely didn't. I told him I had a serious allergy to tomato. He then took it behind wall, took of the tomato off and brought it back to me. I get it that he said we ordered it wrong, but I did tell him I had a serious food allergy. We had a large order and it wasn't very busy. They could have just remade the sandwich, but he didn't. I would say to avoid if there's a food allergy because they just don't care.

The burgers are so good it's almost worth the terrible fries and shake that was not alcoholic but tasted of cheap alcohol. I'd still get a burger again.

It’s a hit every-time!!!! Food literally takes you wayyyyback. Burgers are fresh and melts away in your mouth! Shakes are really fulfilling. Fries are extremely good too! The entire meal is nostalgically fulfilling!! The prices aren’t super high but they aren’t cheap either…but you get what you pay for and the 🍔 and 🍟 are worth Every penny!!

Just left from the restaurant. The burger was bomb. I have to be honest. I felt like I got robbed when they rung up my order. It’s very expensive. But, baby. It was worth the price. I left no crumbs on that plate!
