Lady at the front counter was literally nodding off at 1 pm on a Saturday, tweaked tf out she like “he’ll help you now” and no one is there, I’m high too but like damn come on

Was picking up a doordash order and their system was down. A blonde lady with very tiny glasses asked for the name then said rudely "I don't see that in the system" okay? I'm just following the doordash app, I knew nothing about their system being down. When I came here to write my review I checked out other reviews and other people complain about her attitude so it's apparent that she's just a nasty person. I will be making sure a complaint is made about her. I cannot stand unnecessarily rude people who work in customer service. Go clean bathrooms or something where you don't have to deal with people.

Food is fine normally, sometimes you can tell the oil hasn't been changed recently but today the blonde lady with glasses at the drive thru was needlessly passive aggressive. She gave me the wrong drink so I politely reminded her of what it was supposed to be and, she looked at me like I cussed her out! She then proceded to throw the wrong drink into a trash can super hard for no reason. I work a service job so I totally understand the stress of the public, but as someone who did nothing wrong and was trying to chill on my way home, this experience sucked! Chill!

The front register guy was new so it was difficult for him to understand my order as well as many other customers. He told me it was his second day but it looked like he hadn't been trained at all and was just thrown in the front register. He didn't speak very good English either so when I tried to make my order as easy as possible he couldn't understand what I was looking for. They were also out of Ice in both self service drink machines

I used the mobile app on January 19th at 3:00 pm and the workers told me to pull up to the door then continued to ignore me for 30 mins, I could hear the workers saying they don’t care because they’re about to go home, horrible service. I’ve been here for almost 30 mins and still have not gotten my food
The Wendy’s on Western Boulevard is a master class in complacency. The staff didn’t even bother to change the menu from lunch to breakfast and they seem to be interested in looking busy and not in customer service. The food is not fresh. It taste like been sitting on the counter for an hour. I do not recommend this restaurant, it should be avoided. The management and owner should be ashamed of themselves.

12/04/24. I stopped here to buy a sausage biscuit and iced coffee at 6:40am. I was told to pull ahead which I had a feeling wasn’t good but I’d already payed. There were three other cars waiting.. after many minutes I was asked what I had ordered. Employee returned to the inside. Several minutes went by again and I was brought out the right biscuit but the wrong coffee. It had been 20 minutes and I was late to work so I just went ahead and took the food/drink.
I’m not writing this just to complain, but to warn others. You’ll need to allow for a half hour to get your correct order, so plan ahead.

if you wait past 10 pm to get food from Wendy’s, I highly suggest going elsewhere in raleigh because you WILL be waiting 20 to 45 minutes at the western blvd location. For whatever reason, they struggle with efficiency at the drive thru. This location needs supervision and cooks during these hours.
