The guy taking our order put it in wrong, so my Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was made incorrectly. He absolutely had no idea how to put in the order. I don't even work there and I could tell you there's a JBC button on the register! Train the employees better and to the employees, learn your job.

I visited this location on Wednesday and the girl at the drive through Blanca was so sweet. I liked her energy even when I was ordering at the speaker. When I pulled up to the window she was smiling and very attentive. She made sure I had everything in my order without me even asking. I told her she had positive energy and great customer service!

We placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive-thru. Every interaction from when we gave our name at the speaker to when we drove through a second time was quick and cold.When we got to the window they informed us they were sold out of Baked potatoes. I remembered seeing they have several different types of loaded fries now so I asked if it was possible to swap to one of those instead.
