Terrible just terrible cold food wrong order and taking forever to order. Allegedly out of the ingredients For the NEW snickerdoodle frosty I hope this place GENUINELY gets shut down and turned into a PF Changs.

Waited at the counter to order for over 10 mins. Not busy; no one else in there. 3 employees and two literally made eye contact multiple times and continued to ignore me so I just left. Ridiculous.

Im an Amazon driver and couldn’t access inside to get my lunch but drive thru was open and my work van not work permits me to pull through, I was craving a biggie bag of some sort and a frostee but that was A NO-GO!!! So upset

Just sat in the drive thru line from 9:45-close and didn’t have anyone say a single word to me. No cars behind or in front of me and no cars in the parking lot and empty lobby so I know they weren’t busy with other customers. Pitiful. I had a mobile order too so I had already paid. Couldn’t even have someone tell me they were closed. I’m not stupid I know what you’re doing.
I order 2 JBC, the buns was hard and cold. Large fry was cold as well. Very ran down. Broken tiles in kitchen area, broken down frosty machine. This Wendy's needs a lot of help.

Big Ole sign on the building says breakfast till 1030am i arrived 10 min before they opened so I just waited to go inside and find out they don't even serve breakfast what a waste of time

Single worst Wendy’s experience ever. “Large fry” were half full. Soda machine broke. Frosty machine broke. Burgers so so. Men’s room no towels. Floor was sticky has heck. Do better.

This place is shit. Rude workers, except for one young gentlemen who made sure my family got we paid for. Manager had attitude at window. Refused to give us my sons happy meal saying he gave it to us. SIR YOU DID NOT! Poor management. They are never busy and yet have you pull away from the windows and wait for food as if they have a long line. No straws, sodas had no ice, sodas were out of carbonation, got the wrong frosties we asked for. They only have 1 good worker and its not the manager or the Trans. As a manager at a restaurant myself all I have to say is do better.

Spicy chicken sandwich was flat and probably worst one I've eating in 6 years of Wendy's service. Overcooked and dry.

Kinda dirty. Drink dispenser had about 10-15% of the choices available. They messed up 2/3 of total order and didn't seem to care. They also had no ketchup out.

They served me a raw chicken sandwich and acted like I was inconvenience when I came back for a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Awful customer service here... the manager was rude, and the other employees had no idea how to respond to the questions we had... I had an online order, and something that I had ordered was unavailable, instead of helping figure it out, they just said, "we can't do anything to help you"... after that they asked us to pull forward to only wait on fries for another while.
