Kinda dirty. Drink dispenser had about 10-15% of the choices available. They messed up 2/3 of total order and didn't seem to care. They also had no ketchup out.

Awful customer service here... the manager was rude, and the other employees had no idea how to respond to the questions we had... I had an online order, and something that I had ordered was unavailable, instead of helping figure it out, they just said, "we can't do anything to help you"... after that they asked us to pull forward to only wait on fries for another while.

Rude at the drive through, don’t communicate in a friendly manner and rush you and refuse to be polite in anyway. Zero management of the employees and zero accountability of upholding Wendy’s model as a whole. This will be escalated to the BBB.

My fries were cold literally before i pulled not even 5 seconds away— so when i got them initially. Then they were out of bbq sauce . i go down the road to another location and they offer me fresh fries and bbq sauce . i only took the bbq sauce . smh

The manager in the drive-thru had a serious attitude. She never faced us but addressed us with her back or profile facing us.
She was willingly rude and obnoxious. For that reason alone, I will not return to that location.

Employees should be adult enough to leave personal issues at home.

Employees here have a bad attitude when taking orders. Don’t wanna make something and say they don’t have it. Then proceed to say it will be extra 15 minutes. What happened here lol?

They never recovered from covid. Definitely no longer "fast food". It took a good 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru today. They seem to only take 2 orders at a time... I'm sure they're understaffed, and they definitely need better training.

Went at 8:20pm, ordered a drive through, asked to wait in a parking lot and was waiting for 5-6mins and on top of that I asked for a couple sauces to the lady and for disappointment not a single sauce after opening the bag at home.

Never got the food. I did sit at the drive through. Ask God for patience. When i went to the window the manager Rolled her eyes, gave me a stern talk. I left with no food. If i was the owner of this place id take a chance and rehire someone who isnt this manager. Maybe youll reach quota fr the year and not fail health inspections . Just and idea be more christ like less anger with your answers. I rolled up hoping to feed 400 homeless with hot meals. Instead I got an example of Hate / anger . Peter5:7 i pray fr anyone consuming this food .

Rude and gossiping staff, apparently they are unuware that the drive through window is not sound proof so I clearly heard them talking about me and making fun of the way that I ordered my item. And it's the same lady who also just has a bad attitude. I love Wendy's and I will continue to go but I am going to stop going to this location, I don't want my day to be ruined interacting with that person.
