The past 2 experiences that I've been here have been the complete worst!! The customer service was out right disrespectful and was met with quick snippy answers and "what do you want" "okay, next" answers from the drive through Lady. When I dined inside I was ignored till all the moble orders were done which ment I was standing in line to get my order taken for more than 30 minutes to the point I found it faster to place a mobile order instead of waiting for someone at the counter who knew I was waiting to have my order taken. When I did get my order I noted that the lady who was suppose to take my order was using her hands to pick her nose and wipe her face and get fries with no gloves on in which I have a picture of. Very unsanitary and disgusting.

Extreemely slow service and food was cold!

I leave 3 minutes from the restaurant. No one in the drive thru. Order a med. Strawberry Lemonade and Dave Double no lettuce. The meat was cold as well as the bun. Tried calling and no answered phone. This is not the first time my food was purchased and I could not eat it. It's usually hot but so greasy.I guess I have to go to Fuquay if I want a Wendy's hamburger.Customer no more!

The entire staff was not only rude they were literally mean and sounded mean and used mean words phrased into mean sentences and were demeaning to people in the drive through and to myself It was just I couldn't believe that they talk to people like that It's just the way they did business and if you anybody who said anything one lady at the drive-thru said Did I make you mad And the woman got mad to drive through and like raced her voice to her I I was dumbfounded I'll never get back to that one again as long as I live There's women are mean in there and they have a terrible attitude and I just would never go by there I promise. I left there without getting anything and I was happy to get out the door and not have anything from there.

Usually have an enjoyable experience when picking up food at Wendy's but not this Wendy's. Ran through the drive thru to pick up a large chili to take home and pour over a potato for supper. There were only 3 cars in line. The wait was extremely long for each car. When I finally got my chili home and poured it over my potato there was nothing in my large chili buy broth. No meat, no beans, just broth. Thanks Wendy staff for that horrible supper that i paid good money for.After reading other reviews I see the food and service has been going downhill for a good while now. I don't know who owns this Wendy's locally but Corporate needs to come take over this store, fire everyone, and start over. This place is giving Wendy's a bad name. I won't be going back to this store in Kings Grant Commons.

Food was not the freshest - fries were not fresh & crispy as weve had from other locations. Double stack tasted like it had been sitting a bit - not hot & tasty. Our Wendy's experience in hamstead NC was so good over the weekend that we thought we would try our local location & unfortunately we're disappointed. Sadge. ? perhaps freshest Wendy's is at the beach? ?

I don't know what's going on in this Wendy's but they probably should be investigated for health violations and money laundering. Never eating at another Wendy's again if this is how corporate lets them operate. They act like they close at 7 every night. Always short staffed. What's going on here?
