Ordered off the mobile app and didn’t even get my order because they ran out. I don’t know why that wasn’t made clear on the app but I wasted my time going there to pick it up and didn’t even receive a full refund. The employees also seemed like they didn’t care as all they said was that was something they didn’t handle and that the app was a “separate thing”. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Tried the undercooked krabby patty and what can I say that hasn't been said about any great American tragedy. It filled me with great disappointment. Not only was the service lackluster but the food so awful it almost made me cry. Never have I ever been so disappointed in my life with the quality this wendys has brought to this world. If you value working toilets in your home, avoid this wendys. But it didn't also destroy my bowels, but also my heart 💔

The Wendy have been locked 🔒 doors 🚪 both doors with customer wont be open entry that might an eviction or won’t allow customers bathroom or won’t allow homeless entry. They will not communicate deaf disabilities town want entry into their carry out pickup foods.
Parking: Big customer order need to eating. Manger locked a door . People complaining that entering order refused on arrival.
Every single time I have ordered from this Wendy's there are monumental issues. Just today I ordered double stacks, and a baconater combo. I did not receive a bacanator, or double stacks. I received single patty cheeseburgers. When you are paying over 4 dollars for a double burger, you are pretty upset when you only receive singles. Not to mention my fries and drink arriving, but no baconator.

I went to the drive through earlier today on my lunch break and when I got to the window I was told to park in a parking spot and someone will bring my order to me. I waited for 10mins which I I could understand considering I didn’t know how backed up they were however, when I got my food I notice that the food was wrong and I went inside to get it changed. When I went inside the man who appeared to be making my food or someone else food, grabbed a bun with his BARE hands and put it in the little toaster or the warmer. I was in disbelief so I watched him wrap up my sandwich and whoever was in the drive thru sandwich up and hand it to us. His hands were so greasy from the bun or whatever it was that he was touching prior to . I took the sandwich and threw it away. I was already late coming back to work that if I had caused a scene I would have been really late. But I will never go back to this location. I normally go thru the drive thru but it was by the grace of God that I went inside today if not I would have never known this.

The Wendy's I go to is my favorite I get the number one Dave's double combo with root beer. Very good burger just the right condiments it's not dry fries are always crisp and they're root beer is great and sometimes I do substitute the French fries with chili. Every time I've gone they've been spot on.
