Just left from here, the lady with the dreads needs an attitude check. Throwback a bag of food at me cause they serve cold food. Worse Wendy's I've been too.

One of the best Wendy's... most have fallen off completely. Food tastes like a commercial. I dont really judge anything else bc these days, as long as its clean and good, you get an A... oh, they didn't make me pull out of line to wait, A+.

A fast food restaurant that doesn’t offer ketchup? They also picture Frosties topped off but they don’t even fill it to the edge of the cup. Too busy filling door dash orders to help customers.

Whoever is on the drive through counter needs to learn what is written on the menu instead of arguing with the customer. There is zero reason to be rude during a 10 second conversation.

The people who are staffed during the day are super sweet but whoever was staffed at 7:00pm on 8/12/25 fire them all. They were rude and arrogant especially the guy who said “what do you want” and was rude with every other word that came out of his mouth.

The food is fine but the employees are always so rude. They yell at each other and at customers, and you can definitely expect to spend a minimum of 5-10 minutes before even being able to place your order. They will look you in the eye and continue to ignore you as you stand there.

Seems like based on other reviews, this has been going on for nearly a decade. Please don’t waste your time here.

I put an order in for my friend double burger. No bun. Lettuce wrap no onions and then I ordered for myself a junior bacon cheeseburger with no tomato and mustard. First off, if I ordered a burger with no bun sub lettuce and you're out of lettuce, why would you not tell me that! Or why aren't you telling your guest. That you're out of lettuce? If we order a burger we won't let it! Two I asked for no onions and I was delivering it to somebody else a coworker. What if they were allergic then I tried to call the store back because yes I'm 5 minutes down the street but the way the roads are set up it's longer because of the lights and the traffic who wants to turn around to get something remade when they ordered it correctly? And then tried to call and complain to let them know. So maybe they could have the food ready when I can get back and their phone doesn't even work. If you haven't been to this one I would keep it on my do not go list

Greeted by cashier. Made me feel better. Had a chocolate frosty to cool down on a hot summer day. Stayed and had a bigger meal. Very air conditioned.

I stop in for lunch and, the lady behind the counter at the register, we started tell her what we want , I ordered a double stack plan, small French fry and a drink. my friend had a number two. only mayonnaise frying a drink. basically a combo and another friend of mine had a biggie bag with a double stack and a chicken nuggets. while we was telling the lady behind the register, she was not bringing it up as you would at a normal restaurant. as far as punching numbers, she just took our money laid on the countertop and tell him to cook which was the other manager on duty we never got a receipt and I don't think a number two double stack fry a drink and a biggie bag would have been straight $20. can check your video cameras 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

★★☆☆☆ – No Frosty, No Relief

I stopped by Wendy’s specifically for a Frosty because it was excruciatingly hot outside. Unfortunately, when I walked in, I discovered that the air conditioner was broken, and it was just as hot inside as it was out.

Because of the heat, they weren’t making Frosties, which was the only reason I came in. I left hot, uncomfortable, and disappointed.
