Usually the food at new bern Ave location is great but on 12/10/25 I purchased four large chillies. I was disappointed to see what I received was more like soup than chilli.

I come to eat here often at lunchtime, around 1-2pm and the young boy at the window doesn’t speak. He could be shy but he’s old enough to speak up and be polite. Also the food is mediocre. Never hot/fresh. Sometimes the bigger light complexion guy will hand the food out but he’s always on the phone not even looking at me handing the food out the window. There is an older lady who is pretty nice every time I encounter her. The food was much better though 2 years ago when I first started coming.

Didn't put part of my order in the bag. Had to drive around again to collect the missing item. I also stopped at the board to order a few more items. They got that wrong too. Told me to pull forward but before I did I got a lecture from the manager about being specific. They came out with the second order, still missing the first order item. I had to stop get out and go inside and get my credit card a d receipt too. Regional manager I hope you are paying attention. That store manager has no business serving customers. Telling me im an inconvenience. I tell you what that whole 45min was a waste of everyone's time. How about get orders correct. Also, the items were stone cold.

WHY ON EARTH would you serve fries with NO SALT???Do y'all forget to sprinkle the fries or what. McDonald's me please! Heck, Bojangles me plz! Anywhere that salts their fries me plz!!! That's why ppl eat french fries!!! I shouldn't have to ask for a salt packet- just to be given a whole handful of salt packets... for a JR. FRIES!!! MIMS!!! No wonder Wendy's isn't at the top of the list! If there are ppl who want saltless fries, let them put in a special order for them and save money on salt packets! Fries were hot, but no salt! What a disappointment! Do better, Wendy's!

Older lady at the window with no teeth gave me my order on Sunday November 16 at 12 noon after I paid then she voided out my order and kept the money. Y’all need to train your cashiers not to steal in front of the customers.
