Totally unprofessional worker. Visited restaurant last night 3/9. 1130pm. Used the drive thru. Had to report my order 4 times because order taker continued to laugh with co workers every time I gave my order.

This is an unsafe location especially in the parking lot. It is best to stay away from this location to prevent being approached for money, robbed, or shot. They need 24/7 security. I will get my frosty at another location not close to here.
From the time I placed my order to the time I finished my meal, customer service was excellent from every single member working today. I felt compelled to let the manager know this, the burger was fresh and tasty, the fries were crispy and delicious... And as bad as inflation has been, nothing pisses me off more than paying good money for subpar food.
Hopefully this is not a one-off and they are always firing on all cylinders like today.
The only improvement that I noticed dirty floor and tables in the back corner of the business. Judging from the socioeconomics of the area, I think they're doing pretty good.

How the line long but the food stale? You’d think with the line being long, the food would at-least be fresh. Stop giving people old stale chicken, look like it’s been sitting out for 4 hours and then some. Thanks
If you want free food, come to this Wendy's. Just pretend you work for Grubhub, Doordash, or Uber Eats and you are there to pick up an order. They will give it to you no questions asked. The staff doesn't care who picks up the orders so enjoy.

Very slack they messed up my order two times . Management looks confused and the quality of the food is poor. Only at this Wendy's everywhere else I've been is way better then this one on New Bern .That's like the hood anyway of course the food is bad.Because the workers don't care it's two many bums and drug addicts in that area anyways.

Was there last night management is terrible add one young lady standing in the Drive-Thru a bowl of chili on company time the the floor was very nasty no one acting as though they wanted to sweep it up big puddles of water around the ice machine no signs were posted to let customers know possible trip hazard I'm still tempted to call the health department because I shot video of all the hazards nobody had on plastic gloves for serving food no one had hair nets on especially around the food not even the manager I promise you it'll be a long time before I eat it this nasty Wendy's again

Okay, the nuggets tasted like something from Bikini Bottom. The service was beyond disappointing, you can get better customer service at a grave! ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ If I was paid to give more stars I would take the money and run!
