I wanted to get the saucy nuggets combo and they told me they were out of. Asked for buffalo instead and they said “we don’t do combos for that” and rung me up for this and a drink. Everything I asked for was on the menu, but the staff seemed to not know what was going on or just didn’t care to clarify with what I wanted.

Cinnamon pull aparts were rock hard stale and when I told them, they offered to replace them, so we said yes only if they are soft, and we waited 15 minutes for them to give us ones that were still rock hard, either very stale or very over- microwaved. Asked for a refund and now waiting 15 more minutes. The food was inedible, and bacon egg and cheese muffin was soaked all the way through with some kind of nasty fake "honey" "butter" sauce that I think was meant to go on a different chicken sandwich. The cashier dropped my boyfriend's card on purpose. They were sooo slow even though we were the only customer. Spent $23. I understand it's hard working places like this but this was ridiculous.

🍔 Burger wasn't done all the way. Fries were on the brown side... Chicken sandwich tasted like it was freezer burned and they had to re do an order because we didn't want cheese on the Baked Potato and they forgot to give me my Frosty..

This really is one of the worst locations. 8 people and a manager. Constantly I give them several tries to do good and it always backfires. No acknowledgment if they need to help with an order. Waiting in line for 10minutes while they appear to not have any initiative to do their job. Im flat out done wasting my time coming to this location. The new manager doesn’t have the same love as the last ones and the staff are getting to BK level. Heck, even McDonalds is better service
