Wendy's has gotten my past 3 orders incorrect. I ordered thru the app. Service is terrible, some of the people do not speak any English. I got beef when I ordered chicken, not the right ingredients on the chicken sandwich,etc.

What's up with the chilis? The beef is not enough, to almost none. The chilis they served were just plain red sauce with beans. Goodness! I've visited several wendy's locations and they always add a good amount of beef. They gave me a drink with no straw, smh! I have to double check everything because they just can't get any order straight. Do a better job!

To start off I was having an amazing day feeling so good I went to Wendy’s got me a burger and fries when they called my name I went up there got my food and asked for barbecue sauce the girl told me it was 54cent for sauce I thought at least one sauce would come with the meal but I Guest not over there if they are that broke to charge 54cent for sauce they just need to close down

The manager got mad because she couldn’t hear me through the speaker she told me to speak up once I did I said like I said the first 2 times can I have a 2 large strawberry lemonade with light ice once I got around to the window the manager was making my drink and handed it to me she handed me a regular lemonade and then I had said hey babe I asked for strawberry lemonade the window lady said ok can you pull up for me and I’ll bring it to you and the manager said no you didn’t then I said I did and then she said I’m not about to argue with you (with a attitude) then I said is there a problem she said naw (with a attitude) then we had said can we have a refund the manager then said yea gladly gave me my money I’m trying to put my money up then she starting talking out her mouth all kinds of ways I asked was she the manager she said yes then I said what’s the store number and her name she said she’s not giving it to me then more words was exchanged if your a manger you should never have an attitude towards your customers she needs to be fired

One of the nicest ladies in the world was working the drive-through window with a great smile. That always makes any visit more pleasant.
The food be fresh but the customer service is horrible instead of saying we will fix the order and I apologize they try and argue ask for the maneger and she is worst then the others very rude I will never go there again someone needs to do a secret shopper and catch them in the act.
