Horrible! I ordered two of the fish sandwiches, i asked for no cheese and extra pickles.

There were two very small pickles in this nasty weak sandwich.

Wendy's Dave would be ashamed! And you should too.

Just took my car to the tire place across the street. While I waited, I walked over to get some breakfast from Wendy’s. Their dining room was locked, so I walked through the drive thru and tried to order. They said they can’t serve me through the drive thru because I don’t have a car, but they also wouldn’t let me order inside. Terrible service

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on doordash. Said Wendy's confirmed my order. Then my second dasher I messaged him asking what was taking so long as it was 33 minutes after I ordered. He says I don't know I am waiting for your order. You can call the store, so as I'm calling and the phone is just ringing. He messages me saying they never received my order and to contact doordash customer support. I do they contact the store to make my order. They refuse to make my order. Horrible customer service. I had been waiting 40 minutes at this point for my order and you refuse to make it. 😒
I took my refund and credits and went elsewhere.

The administration should check their employees, they do not know how to give a good service, since the woman who is serving me at the drivetruh was very offensive and rude to me. Just because I couldn't hear what she was saying over the speaker. Ma'am if your work doesn't like you , looking for another one. You don't have to yell at people

Burger tasted like it had been cooked earlier to prepare for the lunch rush. Not fresh. And this was about 10:40 am.

Fries were ho hum.

Soda was only thing good.

Ms Iris is great!! My food order was wrong but I was still charged for it so I called and she told me to come there and she gave me my correct order plus a year free Jr frosty for 2025!!! Thank you Ms Iris for your great customer service and taking good care of your customers. 😃

Staff got my order wrong in drive thru, I ordered a #2 and despite me trying to correct them to avoid misunderstanding…. After I mentioned it to them several times they seemed dead set on giving me the wrong item. Management came off rude. I was not given a receipt for my order and was charged again…. I have no idea if I overpaid. Money is tight and considering their mistake I feel it would have been more professional if they didn’t charge me for THEIR mistake and had at least gave me a copy of my receipt so I know the itemization of the price breakdown and what I was charged for. I wouldn’t have stopped but after donating plasma I felt lightheaded and I knew I needed something to get me going. I love some Wendy’s but I didn’t care much about how I’ve been treated. Guess I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I almost never leave negative reviews. But this Wendy's singlehandedly makes me never want to go to Wendy's ever again. Food is wrong 100% of the time, oh they gave you another bag because you complained? Guess what that ones wrong too.

If you're so miserable in life find another job. Stop running other peoples lunch.
