Nuggets were trashed immediately they looked crispy and refried but mushy and hot in the middle.. (microwaved) the double stack was weird to look at i was hungry gladly I still opened it and checked idk if it was hair or a cob web it was stringy and long didnt look like anyone's hair that worked there. I tried to be understanding and reasonable and give this location a try again.. my mistake im just disgusted what if I ate it without checking.. Just nasty and lazy workers and restaurant is almost always locked when I grab carryout

I don't even know how they have a 3 star rating! I was told to pull up to the door to wait for my food. This was after I made the mistake of asking for my receipt.Because I forgot to give them my phone for my rewards points. I waited twelve minutes for nuggets and fries that were both cold when I finally walked in to get them. During this wait, four other cars went through the drive through, got their food, and left. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they were waiting on the fries... So I should assume that all 4 of the cars behind me did not get a single French fry.....sure. service has gotten worse and worse at this location in the last twelve years that I have lived over here. Never again. I will drive over to White Oak.

This has to be the laziest staff of workers. Everytime I order, even using the app, I have to pull fwd and wait 10+ mins. And the food I receive is still lukewarm at best. I honestly have no clue what goes on here but the food quality is terribly inconsistent.

Food was good and hot. Drive through attendant was so rude and rushing, after we sat and waited 14 min in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of us. I'll never go back to this location to be treated this disrespectfully again. I'll spend my hard earned money where it's deserving and appreciated!

So the food was really good. Probably the best Wendy's I have been to in a long time.

The guy that took our order gave great service.

We dined in and I guess the employees didn't realize there were customs in the dinning room. We got an audible show. Boy were they arguing at first I thought it was joking but not so sure.

The food was hot and very good.

I didn't feel scared enough to leave.

Asked for no bun no sauce burgers. Picked 3 patties, cheese n bacon and they took care of it perfectly. Burger was overdone but it’s not a gourmet place so ok.

The staff was helpful and replied to my questions.

Horrible! I ordered two of the fish sandwiches, i asked for no cheese and extra pickles.

There were two very small pickles in this nasty weak sandwich.

Wendy's Dave would be ashamed! And you should too.

Just took my car to the tire place across the street. While I waited, I walked over to get some breakfast from Wendy’s. Their dining room was locked, so I walked through the drive thru and tried to order. They said they can’t serve me through the drive thru because I don’t have a car, but they also wouldn’t let me order inside. Terrible service
