This is the saddest brownie batter swirl I've ever gotten here, and I've gotten some sad ones. I got the snicker doodle one too and it was the same. So I just wasted $9 on a tub of vanilla soft serve... How can someone look at this and feel fine handing it to a customer? I get that accidents happen but there's no way not notice this

Awful soggy burger. Straight up wrecked my stomach. Is this the second time I be Wendy's in years both times I was really underwhelmed this time I got sick. The app is kind of bad too. It's hard to tell how much you're getting.

⭐ 1 star – This was straight-up nasty
Man, I don’t know what’s going on at this Wendy’s, but what they served me was wildly unacceptable. The fries were straight black, like they been sittin’ in the same dirty oil since last month. The smell alone had me backing up, and the taste? Bro, it was like biting into burnt motor oil.
Ain’t no way y’all thought this was okay to hand to a paying customer. That kitchen needs a serious wake-up call, ’cause this was disgusting, sloppy, and straight disrespectful.
Couldn’t even finish one fry — it legit made my stomach turn.
Until y’all fix whatever mess is happening back there, I’m definitely not coming back.

Useless. Second time I’ve gone to this location and ordered a double burger with ONLY ketchup and every time they repeat the order back to me and then give me a burger covered in all the toppings I asked them to not put.

On our way to a concert we stopped at this Wendy's location to grab a bite to eat. We are from out of town so this was our first time eating at this Wendy's. The food was hot and fresh and was some of the best we have ever had at any Wendy's. The manager and the employees were very nice and welcoming. The bathrooms were also clean. My husband enjoyed it so much he went back during the concert and got more food.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Older lady helping at the window seemed bothered by me letting her know I didn’t get my fry’s then asking for a straw for my drink then slammed the window. Don’t know what I did but that older lady needs an attitude check and some better training. It’s not my fault she works there lol maybe pick a more suitable career. Terrible service overall go somewhere else unless you are very desperate for some food.

The customer service is so bad here. I don’t understand restaurants anymore. They aren’t training cashiers to be upbeat, pleasant, use manners nothing. No straws in the bag, I asked a question at the window I didn’t even get a response.

I tried to find a way to find a way to send a comment to Wendy but couldn't. I stopped by this location at 845 at night, went in just because I wasn't feeling drive thru and so glad I did! The manager Neal, cut up and laughed, had a good time not only with us but with other employees and customers that came in. He truly makes everyone smile and feel at home. Best Wendy's experience you could ask for!! I'm in Raleigh for work tomorrow and I would recommend anyone to chose this Wendy's! Great Job Neal!!!

Websites used to look like a high end coffee shop. This one looks like it never went though that transition. It looks unkept and left behind. No wall art lighting or color differences in walls or art. Empty room with chairs and tables. Anyway. Nothing else was wrong. Staff was really nice and good tastes good!

Service is very poor, staff doesn’t speak when taking payment or giving your food. I smiled and said thank you and the woman just handed my food and slammed the door. Also- I don’t even think this location has a frosty machine. I am told every time “we don’t have that right now”
