March 12, 2025: Arrived at this Wendy's location around 11:15 pm in a Sprinter campervan. I was very hungry after driving up from Crystal Coast non-stop. Inside service was closed, as expected, but the drive through was open.

The Wendy's drive through at this location has a narrow approach, with a sharp left turn, and a 9 ft bar over the driveway just before the drive thru ordering speakers. My Sprinter is 10 ft tall and 25 ft long but I was really hungry so I circled the store. The cars that were there when I first arrived got their orders and left. The drive thru was empty

I drove up to the payment window but not under the rain canopy; I would have had to exit the vehicle to pay, had I been allowed to make a purchase.

I explained I was hungry and the van was too tall to use the drive thru speakers. I asked if I could please order at the window.

I was told that if I could fit under the canopy, I could fit in the drive through.

I was not under the canopy and explained that I was a foot taller than the drive thru order menu would allow and asked again, could I buy some food?

I was told that if I could fit under the canopy, I could use the drive thru.

I drove to the Mercedes dealer up the street and went to bed hungry.

Ordered online didn’t, they were sold out of an item I asked for my money back or a replacement and they gave me an attitude saying I had to go thru the app. Crap service mid food fries were cold as hell.

I went in to order food and my father couldn’t hold on and had to use the restroom. He rushed and they told him I need to see your receipt so that you can use the restroom. He told them my son is now ordering and I need to use the restroom and that he couldn’t hold it no more. So we left without order and lost a family customer. Please serve customer better.

This Wendy's is so disgusting. The bathroom is nasty and smells. The customer service is horrible. There is a young lady there by the name of Flor, she have a horrible attitude. She have been reported one time and I will report her again. She is a Mexican and she is a racist. The reason that lady act that way is because the management let her get away with it. That's why she is stuck at that pie job because she will not make it anywhere else with that attitude because she will get fired.

Worse night crew ever the girls in the window refused to give what i asked for first she rushed me at the speaker so when i tried to correct it at the window they said they couldn’t do so they all spoke soft things under their voice and rolled their eyes. I refused service and choose to leave.

I stopped by the Wendy’s to use the restroom before I order my food to wash my hands and they would not allow me to wash my hands in their restroom before I ordered my food and they said the bathroom has a code that you have to get off the receipt My best advice to you is do not stop by Wendy’s they care nothing about sanitation or their customers!!!!!!

Poor customer service ! I was rushed to do my order . I asked the worker to gold on he told me to pull to second windoe Got to the window tried to finish my order and was told no with a horrible attitude and tone attached to it . I don't appreciate that at all

Went thru the drive-thru and it took so long I had to use the restroom. I pulled around went inside, their bathroom was locked, and I was told I couldn't use it unless I ordered inside. The older lady at the register was rude and this rule is asinine!
