I've eaten drive thru here several times while being in Raleigh as I'm not from the area. I've never seen a fast rood restaurant with literally locked bathroom doors and signs on them. I will never eat here again because that's bullshit. If you can't police your bathrooms without locks you need to do better. I didn't get food this time but needed to use the bathroom so I stopped in. This turned me off so quick, I will not be back.

This particular Wendy's is always a hit or miss. It's not my favorite place to go. But my daughter likes it sometimes. The customer service for me is subpar unfortunately. I usually don't eat from here but I had the chicken tenders and it was just okay. I wouldn't eat them again though. My daughter loves them. I don't think the prices that Wendy charges worth it at all.

Food portions have gotten much smaller—the patty was so small I thought they forgot to put one on the bun. For the price you pay at fast food restaurants these days, you’re better off going to a Chipotle or Jersey Mikes. The service here was great, though, and the staff was very friendly.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Isaac at Wendy’son capital blvd. He went above and beyond for me! After my initial order came out incorrect, he personally came out several times to make sure I received exactly what I ordered. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding the entire time. You can tell he’s a hard worker who really cares about doing his job well and making customers feel taken care of.

This location is absolute garbage so bad that I threw my burger out the window without taking a bite. They also got my drink wrong which was no biggie to me, but when they got the burger wrong it was annoying, and then there’s the mysterious liquid that’s made the entire top of the burger soggy. I’m not taking a chance on that. I’m never making the mistake again of going to that location again, and I hope you do not either.

Just left this Wendy's where is my ice tea !!!! I paid for im over it girl taking my order the other girl cuts in the mic 🎤 all rude this night shift something wrong 😒 2 time here in week last time I came they tried to give me someone else ordered 😒 the lack of attention to detail 😒. At night 🌙 I wont be back ... where my chilli sauce im over here on fire 🔥

There are two drive through order stations but one has not been used in years, if ever. Not necessarily a bad thing because with one line, the service is usually pretty slow. With that said, this particular Wendy’s rarely messes up my order.

I stopped by this Wendy’s, but the service was extremely poor. Due to the rudeness of the person taking the order we decided not to place an order and drove off. Very disappointing experience — definitely needs improvement in customer service and attentiveness.

Whole staff at 5pm 11/1-terrible, unorganized and I had to wait 15 minutes just for someone to take my order and I was the first person in line in the drive-through and inside the building. Whole staff was looking around and doing everything else except for taking care of the customer at the front
Very bad service. Waited longer than 10 minutes to get someone to take my order. Then it was rang up wrong and the manager refused to refund me. Very annoyed

Just don't go. They can't listen. Been here so many times I'd say they'll get your order right about 2 out of 10 times. And the drive thru will be empty your still there for 20 minutes sometimes.
