Not sure how they managed to forget my bacon cheese burger twice when it’s just a bag with fries and sauce. Another thing is I’ve never received a straw with my drink. I couldn’t tell you the amount of times I go here and never a straw with my drink, yet these people want higher pay when y'all couldn’t even do the most simple job and that’s to put the food in the bag bruh.

Workers are nice and professional but the good part ends with them. The general eating areas are run down, ceilings are very dirty, had to remove the back of the toilet to flush it, no napkins or condiments anywhere except behind the counter, exit doors are creaky and need repair....

This Wendy's is amazing! They really make you appreciate that no matter how bad other places are, they could be worse. They always endeavor to make sure that no matter what, they give you cold fries, get your order wrong, and make you late for work while paying too much.

Hands down the best Wendy's in North Carolina. I go every Monday night and I never get bad food. Even as it feels like the world is falling apart and we may be entering a new dark age this Wendy's holds the line banishing the darkness with the light of a perfectly crafted 6 piece.

11/17/24 @ 1:30pm. The cashier was nice. Nothing was stocked (napkins, utensils, straws etc.), nozzles on the drink machine weren't installed for anyone to refill their own drinks. A worker (woman) with red hair was beyond rude. Wouldn't say excuse me while walking through us or when my husband was walking in front of her and she was behind him bringing bags of food to someone in a car.

Food is terrible. Ordered a Baconator and the patties were dry and probably made the day before. Bun was dry and stale.. Worst Wendy’s in Raleigh….
Not my finest visit. I went thru the drive thru, ordered only a caramel frosty. I was told to drive up and I did just that. Waited for almost 10 mins and then went inside. I was told the machine had to be filled and it wasn't ready yet. I asked for a refund and they went to get the manager who said it would be about 10 mins before it would be ready. Waited another 4 mins to get my refund and left. In the 15 mins I wasted, I could have driven to a different Wendy's instead if they had told me they didn't have that item ready at the time.

Seriously though, underwhelming nostalgia meal aside, for Neptune's sake how hard is it to read a ticket and produce the items on it, guys. We were missing 8 items. I know they aren't able to read this, but I hope it helps the people who can to avoid this location.
