I went through the drive-thru at Wendy’s and the staff were very rude. They acted like they were in a hurry and didn’t have time for customers. The service felt rushed and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

Poor customer service both at the drive thru & i side. They got my same order wrong 4 times after me explaining the mistake 3 different times. The manager didn't seem to care to fix the situation much at all. After getting home my order was still wrong. 1/10...will not be going back

This place is absolutely terrible. All of the flies aside, my friend and I came in to get food and I ordered a large meal. They gave me a medium. I asked for a dipping sauce but when they brought the food to the counter the manager came over and took the dipping sauce away. They only gave me three ketchups and ignored the fact that I even asked for some more like I wasn't even there, so I had to go to the truck and get Burger King ketchup and buffalo sauce to eat here. My friend asked for hot sauces so the cashier gave him three and the manager, again, came over and took one of them away yelling at her that she gave too many. The cashier seemed friendly but the manager just seemed angry that we even wanted food. They weren't even busy. There were only two other customers in the place. By the time I left we were the only ones there and I see why. I'm really sorry I came here and wish I had gone somewhere else. I will be sute to never return.

Female Manager and an employee in specific is very unprofessional and rude. Order has been incorrect multiple times and when you say the order is wrong attitudes are given. Although this location is 2 minutes from my home I will be going to and location here on out.

this wendy’s looks great the service from the mangers are horrible Ms D is very rude to customers and employees . I have came in there multiple time and have orders and she has talked down to her workers to the point i had to apologized for getting them in trouble when it was the girls first day working there.

I would not recommend this place if you value respectful and professional customer service. The manager was inconsiderately rude and often screamed at employees. Terrible service, please consider fixing this.

Drive through is normally fine, but today the lady running it kept repeating, “Welcome to Wendy’s, HOW. CAN. I. HELP. YOU?” every few seconds. I didn’t know what I wanted so I needed a second and she was very rude. I just wanted a cheeseburger and she charged me for the whole meal

Dude didn’t have on gloves while handling our food
only had one baked potato to serve when we ordered 2
when I mentioned the fact that he needed to put on gloves he didn’t
he kept touching my food. Manager just laughed at the whole thing. Closed dining room at 8pm

Terrible place! Machines are always broken/no working. Variety of menu items are never available.
The people work there are very rude; especially the lady that was with the comm. Neglects the customer for a while and then shows off an attitude to make you feel that we should be thankful that they are letting us buy from Wendy's.
Bough two frosty fusion and they dirtied both of the cups before handing them over. They spilled frosty all over the cup and then shrugged, tried to wipe a bit with napkin, and then handed it over. We were in awe!
Would never recommend this place!

They claim to open at 7 am now and offer breakfast, but refuse to change their menu to breakfast for that time and will not always be available in drive thru at 7 am. I have gone after 7 am a few times and only once someone answered on the speaker and the menu is still set to lunch and dinner. I had to go to the window to get the breakfast menu. I went today and no one would answer at the speaker or the window. Previously I went here for lunch and my order would be right 3 out of 10 times. I wouldn't recommend this location if you have options. Customer service has really declined over the years and it's truly unfortunate.
