I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Wendy’s drive-thru. The employee taking orders was not only rude but also unprofessional and confrontational. When we pulled up, she told us to let her know when we were ready to order. However, barely a minute later, as we were still deciding, she became irritated and snapped at us for not ordering yet. When I explained that we were still deciding, she rudely responded, “Well, y’all could have told me.” This was confusing, as she had just given us the option to take our time.

She then claimed she had greeted us twice with no response, but none of us heard her. We apologized, yet instead of moving forward professionally, she continued to be hostile, repeating the same complaint. Things escalated further when she brought another employee over, who also engaged in the unprofessional behavior.

At that point, we decided to leave without ordering. As we were driving away, the employee opened the drive-thru window and began yelling profanity at us. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for any business, even if it’s fast food. I hope management takes action to address this, as it was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any business.

The woman that took my order was talking to someone at the same time she was placing. The next thing I know she was off and has a young man to finish it with no explanation. I reiterated that I want everything cooked hot and fresh. The fries were lukewarm at best. I didn't have the energy to address it. customer service is at all time low.

Just went to Wendy's. No chicken nuggets, French fries, tomatoes or lettuce....and that's just what I could remember them telling me they were out of. Now I have to call Wendy's to make sure my app order got cancelled and not charged. Was this a supply chain issue or somebody messed up the supply order? No problem at McD's tonight! I was so looking forward to a Wendy's salad. 😔 They are the best!

PSA: please confirm your order total at drive-thru window and request a receipt! I was never told my total at the speaker or at the window. I had a weird feeling when I pulled up to the window and received an extra large drink (I didn’t order) and my food came out super fast, as if to hurry me along.

There was a woman who took my order, gave me my drink, and took my payment. Yet a guy appears to give me my food and the woman hands him my card to hand back to me. Odd

I then thought of a recent post I saw of someone saying BEWARE DRIVE-THRU WORKERS ARE TAKING PHOTOS OF CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARDS.

I arrived back to the restaurant, went inside and requested a receipt. The look on the guys face told it all, he looked nervous.

I told the woman I did not receive a receipt, she asked what I ordered. This woman then tells me “I think your order was one of the orders that didn’t go through, your card declined”

I know a lie when I hear one, I asked so you gave me food after my card declined? She quickly says “you drove off . . it happens all the time”

Wrong. They gave me my drink and food before swiping my card, I sat there and waited for the transaction to process before they gave me my card back. So if the payment declined I was still at the window and they would’ve informed me and requested the food back.

The woman quickly got defensive after all my questions, told me she doesn’t have to talk to me any longer. Refused to tell me her name yet informed me she’s an assistant manager.

I should’ve looked at the reviews prior to selecting this sketchy place.

I love this place and usually eat here but today I had a woman on the intercom who was extremely rude at 12:45pm. I kept trying to order but she would interrupt me and give me an attitude. I don't think she regularly works there or is a new hire but if I have her again I'll probably say something.

The best Wendy's I've been to in so long. The food was fresh, hot and so delicious. It's what a Wendy's in every place should be. The employees were very polite and patient. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean which is definitely a plus when you want eat in service. Will definitely be stopping through again when my travels bring me that way.
