Sucks. The dude was hard to hear and clearly not happy. I asked for the Jr bacon biggie bag and I’ll pay to upgrade the fries to baconator fries. He said we can’t do that. I said I do that all the time. He said not at this location. I said k, bye and drove to Falls of Neuse where no problem.

I hopefully don't need to describe what to expect! However, it's worth mentioning that this particular location is among the best in town: -Friendly efficient service -High order accuracy -Consistently put together food
Not sure what more I'd ask for from a fast food restaurant. (I think their mobile app is too notch too, but that's not specific to this location)
My son reports that they do a great job handling the chaotic high school lunch rush as well.

The negative reviews here are surprising! The staff has consistently been super friendly! More friendly than any other fast food place by far. And any mistakes were corrected and then some! Shoutout to Danielle for being a sweetheart to my son!

Service is fast and food is good. I would have given 5 stars if they would learn to cook the bacon more. It has been very rubbery the 3-4 times I've been there. It would be much better if it were crispy.

Look, I've been coming to this Wendy's for thirty years. Actually thirty. Up until about a month ago, service was almost always with a smile or at least friendly, and the food was still decent. The last few trips have been abysmal. Burnt food, out of things constantly, and there's never actually chocolate in the chocolate frosties. My most recent chicken sandwich was a rock. Please bring back the people who know what they are doing and for God's sake pay them a living wage.

Soooo, look I get it, sometimes working in fast foods sucks and yeah depending on the customers you really don’t want to be there. These reason shouldn’t deter anyone about the quality of food and how you treat people. I’ve been there and done that and I never took my frustration out on the next person in line. With that being said why did this potato looked like it was stepped on and tossed in the bag. Not going to lie this use to be one of the best Wendy’s in this area, but this will be my last, money wasted and now my son has nothing to eat…..Thanks!!!
They staff was friendly but it took FOREVER. They only take 1 car at a time and wait until they have ordered, pulled around and paid before taking the next one. Probably to make their numbers look better even though 1 waited 10 min just to pull up to order.

This is why it’s very important to check your bags before leaving these fast food places. The cashier was nice but whoever they had on fries can’t count and basic math is standard. I ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag with an extra FOUR piece nugget. BOTH NUGGETS ONLY HAD THREE. I wish I was making this story up but as I’m looking at both cartons I’m like why do I only see three in each. It’s one thing if they fell out of the carton but that wasn’t the case. Paying $10 just to be shorted for something I paid for is ridiculous.
