The absolutely worst experience at any fast food restaurant in North Raleigh. I went in to order from online ap a special promotion. I could not get wendy's app to work. Kept failing over and over. Finally it appeared to work and produced a scan image to get my promo. The cashier said sorry the app does not work here. We are not owned by Wendys we are owned by "Devine". I said can't you give me the promo he said No. So after about 30 minutes if wasting my time I went across the street to McDonalds. I'll never ever return to this Wendy's. I bought nothing znd received nothing. Just terrible service.

I ordered a takeout order a year ago, and the hamburger patty wasn't fresh and tasted like it had been under a sunlight or was repurposed from a previous order that was canceled. The fries were cold, and the coke I got with the order was flat. This is not the only Wendy location in Raleigh that has terrivle food and service.H

I was just at your business on 7220 Six Forks Road, Raleigh NCI was the ONLY one in the drive thru. I asked for 2 large chilis and 1 small frosty. I was billed 10.68. When I got home i had two small chilis and no receipt. How can they get this so wrong when I was the only one in line. I tried to call but no answer. Too far to go back and inconvenient. I'm tired of paying for something and not getting it. Shame on you.

Normally I have a good experience at this location but tonight was terrible. The gentleman taking orders seemed very disheveled and my order was terrible. The fries were cold, a large drink given w/o asking with no ice and the frosty was frothy and watery. He knew the frosty was not acceptable because I had to wait because he said something was going on with machine yet he served it to as if it was ok. I was all the way home before I realized I couldn't eat it. A total waste of money and I'm seriously beginning to not want fast food at all anymore due to these type of experiences.

Tried to go through the drive through and was told to hold on. Waited there for like 10 minutes before leaving. Driving away we saw an employee just sitting in the drive thru spot doing nothing.

Today, November 9th, 2023, I ordered through drive thru aSmall Chili and small coffee. The chili was all beans and sauce. No meat. Crackers were stale. I called them back via phone but no one answered the phone! What a waste!

I take back the nice things I had to say about this location. Back to back bad service. I’m assuming all the good people left. I had 2 back to back experiences. I went yesterday and the girl in the drive through said I would have to come to n to order because she’s having to reboot the system. That’s cool because it’s not her fault. I go inside however and only one person is on a register but there are others just strolling around. There was a gentleman there that did an advance mobile order and they hadn’t even gotten to him! I finally left. Then like an idiot I went back for breakfast today thinking maybe I’ll get lucky! Nope! I was the only person in the drive through and I ordered the #9 which is the English muffin combo. They eventually took my card. The girl that handed my card back was friendly, but the one that gave me my food, horrible. After I got my food she closed the window and gave me a look, then finally opened that window back and said “yeah” I’m like my drink? She slams the window and makes my drink. Then when I’m almost to work I find out they gave me a biscuit instead ?! Ugh. I took a picture because I’m over it, so now you can just give me my money back. For whatever reason there’s almost a $2 difference between the 2 and i didn’t want this lousy biscuit!

Waited to order in the drive through for about 5 minutes, no one took my order or responded. I went to the pick up window, asked if they were open and told them I had been waiting to order. The lady said “yes” and then left the window - waited for another 5 minutes and decided to just leave. Employees were smoking outside but apparently not taking orders. At 5pm on a Wednesday …

this stores night crew need serious help how in the world do I order 2 different times and you mess up i doordash food and 3 drinks I didn't receive any drinks and my dasher had to go back and bring them and they workera gave my dasher the wrong drinks are you serious then withing 3m of getting the wrong drinks I decided to just order my drinks again giving them the benefit of the dou but yet again I got 3 sweet teas instead of 2 lemonades and a sprite
