This restaurant was filthy from the wet floor in front of the soda machine to the disgusting bathroom and the nasty food behind the counter. The fry’s were greasy the burger was dry and they only have 5 choices of soda none of which was diet. The health score was a 9.3 I don’t know how. While I was waiting for my food 4 people came back because of errors in the drive thru! This place is a mess and would NOT RECOMMEND!

I’ve never in my life had a continuously horrible experience at a Wendy’s. Inside is filthy and the drive thru literally takes 30 minutes.. This location needs a completed overhaul.

Slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced. I could’ve went to a restaurant, sat down, and at a meal before getting food through the drive thru. Next time I attempted to come here, they just told me they were temporarily closed on a random Thursday afternoon at 5:30pm.

During my visit, I encountered several issues that need to be addressed. The staff appeared overwhelmed, resulting in multiple mistakes with my order. My meal was missing essential sauces and napkins, and I received incorrect or missing drinks. Furthermore, the food did not seem fresh. It is clear that better organization and a stronger focus on detail are necessary to enhance the service. I urge you to take this feedback seriously. Thank you.

Don’t come here if you want “fast food”. I waited 30 minutes for my order.,., still didn’t get my food. I left as I had somewhere to be. What a waste of time!

Just left and I’m done going here. It’s terrible. Mobile order. Line long as ever. 25 min to get to the window. Then they asked me to pull in the mobile parking spot to wait. Waiting another 10 min. Go in and it’s about 6 people standing around confused. One guy comes in from outside and didn’t think to even wash his hands, just went straight in the kitchen. Just nasty. Finally got my salad and drink after about 50 min. Meanwhile my icecream melting in my car. Management team must be terrible to have this kind of customer service. No one even apologized either. Sad!

This place is awful the service was not welcoming and food over priced for a Sunday so I came in and the cashier was helpya dasher I look up she was standing there and I ask are you ready she says yes oh I proceid to say how are you she didn't say anything then when I ordered and was trying to understand why my order was so expensive she couldn't explain and then she goes in gets the lady manager that did not try to explain and just voided the transaction and I just got my kid a biggie bag and they food was still trying nothing fresh.

Just came through the drive thru. Had a mobile order tell them my name at the speaker for mobile pick up. Told to drive to window, one person in front pulled off. Person at the windows says a price and I tell her it mobile. 2 mins later her response is what is the name again and said they didnt have an order. Pulled up on app they find the order. Get food and two drinks I'm missing one drink and a frosty. I tell her I'm missing items and she was like what are missing. Goes back and forth between me and someone else inside to finally ask for the receipt. When relaying what was missing I was saying I'm missing 2 items a frosty and a coke. She misunderstood and got me 2 frosty. Still with the receipt in hand. So the mistake is miscommunication on their part all around. And comenses to talk shit in front of me about trying to get over for a $1.17 frosty i didnt order. When they missed up the minute I pulled up to the windows. When I tell them that poor in taste to talk shit when I'm still at the windows they get loud and words were said.
