There was one occupied table in this establishment. We walked up to the order line. We were the only ones in line. We stood there for a good six minutes without even so much as an acknowledgement!! There were 4-5 associates talking and milling around. One walked right past us to deliver something outside. Needless to say we left as no one made a move towards us. As I walked outside , I noticed the zaxbys parking lot next door was jammed and the drive thru line was out to the street! Clearly I know who is doing it right!! Be better Wendy’s

If you want the worst burgers that not even a street rat deserves COME HERE. If you want the wrong order with a lot of attitude behind it COME HERE. I don’t know who I’m more livid with, Wendy’s or myself for not going across the street to Zaxbys!! Avoid this trash ass location. Anywhere else Is better than here & you will thank me later!! Went to this place this Morning. Place was still closed we went around 7:30am. No one shows up for work on time. This place has the worst customer service. Idk how they still open. Just to get sum fries I waited before 45 mins. Worst place to go. Never ever going again.

I always DoorDash from this location and I have never, ever had a bad delivery. The food is always right, always hot and they’re never stingy with the sauce. I’ve visited this location before as well and they’re always so friendly.
I believe they are given us the dollar end food. The chicken patty my wife got for her 10.00 combo was a plain chicken fatty from the dollar menu. And the fries are cold. This place sucks and management need to step in and straighten them up. Give us the food we order! And my wendys double is a double cheese burger. Sick and tired of this nonsense where you all can't honor what we order. You guys are terrible and you reap what you sow!

The frosty didn’t quite frost and the food doesn’t taste like it did in the 90s.
The fries tasted like somebody’s uncle Earl was drunk and dropped the fries and just left them there after the machine beeped for 1 hour lol 😂
