Thief among you! 2/11/24 I stopped to get a burger and used my Amex debit card to pay. By the time I got home, 20 minutes later, someone has charged 72.67 worth of Chinese food to my card. I had not used it recently, so I am guessing someone took a photo of the card and used it. The card has been cancelled but someone at your store needs to be fired. I was at the drive thru about 3-4 pm on 2/11/24

Ordered double baconator with up sized fries. Received Dave’s double and regular fries.The fries were cold and the bun was soggy.This happens all the time.The wait time is long.

This location needs to just close and make way for Zaxby’s! In the 20 years I’ve dealt with this location they’ve had people come and go and had changes in management. They’re still horrible. If you go inside they’ll ignore you for a while before acknowledging you’re there and still get your order wrong. Same thing with the drive through. Your order goes in one ear and out the other! They could care less about what you actually ordered! They never get anything right! The people that work there are rude. When Zaxby’s opens it’s over. Hopefully people won’t be able to get to their parking lot because of Zaxby’s, it will save them the aggravation of being disappointed. Just close so something useful can go there!!!

Stopped here for dinner on a Sunday night. A worker was standing outside the door coughing and sneezing. We ordered our food and it was alright. I’m more concerned about the employees as none of them seemed to want to work and many of them came out to the restaurant area and sat around and vaped. Then that employee that was outside coughing came in and sat right behind us while we were eating and continued to cough without covering his mouth. Oh and the place was completely empty btw. Then the kicker is I saw a woman and a man, again employees with Wendy’s visors on, go into the men’s bathroom together. No wonder the place was empty.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!! I already had anxiety going through the drive thru and live over an hour away from this place. They told me my order of what i said but put different food in. I ordered chili fries and they gave me a plain baked potato. I also ordered a regular chicken ranch sandwich and they gave a spicy sandwich. I person at the window doesn't know really what she is doing and the guy who took my order was very snappy and rude towards me. I will not be going back here. If I could I would rate it a half to no stars. At least the food is warm.

Taniya waited on us. She was so friendly & even knew what an" Arnold Palmer" was. Food was fast,hot and delivered to the table. Everything was fresh,hot & good. Best Wendy's experience we've had in years. We WILL be back! Thank you Wendy's staff ♡

Spent 46 mins in the drive thru today around 2pm. There were 4 cars in front of me. 4. Not 11. 4… I really don’t understand. Lived by this location for several yrs and this will be the last time I’m visiting. I worked in a restaurant for several yrs and quite honest don’t leave reviews when I receive bad service. Someone needs to know! I couldn’t imagine if I had a 30 min lunch break and this was the only place to go. Never again

Got in line at the drive thru at 6:30pm. Only 2 cars ahead of me. And we ended up waiting 33 minutes to get our food. This isn't the first time this place has been slow. I could see inside the drive thru window multiple people just standing around not doing anything. Not an apology, didnt even say a word when they handed us the food. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope they all get fired cause this clearly happens all the time.
