Came in for a bite and to watch some basketball, the place wasn’t too packed so we went to the bar. Waited 10 minutes before getting acknowledged, we asked for menus and she never came back. The server never took our drink order or even asked us anything but a select group of people had all of her attention while my husband and I and everyone else needed drinks or something l! Service stinks, I can’t tell you about the food cuz we didn’t get that far.
Got a 15 piece wings take out. The wings were like eating card board with very little meat on bones...

Wild Wing Cafe used to be our favorite place to go in Brier Creek but with new management they have sucked the fun out of the place by taking away the bands on weekends and replacing with acoustic music (quite boring to most), Theyve removed favorite menu items, limited bar service and you can clearly see their decisions have affected the staff. The food is still good most days and the bartenders and servers are still friendly and welcoming. The new management has disregarded the regular customer base that comes in multiple days per week and changed what was once a great place into somewhere mediocre that I can find two doors down from Wild Wing Cafe or within a few minutes drive away. Stop the ridiculous changes that are driving your best customers away.

The food is decent, but you will never crave it. Nine times out of 10 your wings will be burnt to crap but that one out of 10 chance that they don’t overcook your food. They are terrific.

Absolutely horrible service and took way too long. I will never spend another dime inside this building nor would I recommend anyone coming here to eat
Understaffed. Lazy servers. Food very uneventful compared to other wild wings cafes I have been to

The customer service in the to-go area-friendly and knowledgeable. I order 2 different sauces for my 12 wing order. The wings were sauced just enough. The flavors were just okay. I say that b/c I like a med to hot dry rub and I couldn't distinguish which was the dry rub. Customer service told me it is called "Boss". I'll remember that for next time. My overall issue is the wings are just too small. I love wings and I need a little more meat on them.

We came during lunchtime and were surprised to see that there were only a few people eating. This should have been a clue. We were seated at our table right away, but it took over 5 minutes for our server to come and take our drink order. Each time she left the table, we were never sure if she would come back. It's not that dhe was running around taking care of other tables, she would just disappear. The service was extremely slow, and for this reason, I don't think we will be back. When we were leaving, we saw where she was going....she was in her car vaping. I guess waiting on 1 table is too much for her.

Avoid it. Server complained about management. Hardly anyone in there for the national college championship. Wings were still decent.

The best thing about this place is the bar and the bartenders, Sarah and Lisa, were Amazing and the only reason I may go back. The food was absolutely horrible, no host available at the front which is why we sat at the bar( glad we did that), and the manager that was working had his kids with him running in and out of the kitchen during a busy game (Duke v Carolina) I’m sorry but in my opinion that’s a serious work hazard and should NOT be allowed. I understand if it was a rare situation but I heard from other bar guests that he brings them all the time, NOT A GOOD LOOK and not good for business
Kid-friendliness: They let kids work here so I guess they are very kid friendly

I’ve been coming to this location for years but the food and service has just steadily gone down hill. We primarily go to watch pro and college football but it always seems like the there are not enough waitstaff and the kitchen is slow. Very disappointing. I’ve kept going since they always have seats available but maybe it’s because of the slow service and not great food. Not gonna go back…
