The WingStop sign is NOT lit up, and you can not see the place at night. Bad for the store. Especially if you're going for the first time.

First and absolute last time I will ever go here. The staff was not friendly at all, walked in made a simple order, it took a long time for what’s considered fast food imo, after I noticed that about 4 orders that came in after me had all come and gone with their food I decided to go up front to ask if mine had been forgotten, or if there was an issue and I was ignored no one would even make eye contact with me, then one of the workers just set a bag down on the counter and walked away. This place was dirty and sticky inside and the attitude from the staff was that they didn’t care to help me so I will never return and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place…. Terrible experience and the food wasn’t even good. Overpriced, fries were way overcooked to the point of being black I wouldn’t even give it one star but I had to give it one in order to review.

I went last night, Friday night. It wasn’t super busy but steady. Terrible customer service. No one greets you upon entering. They let you stand there until you say something. The employee with the red hair only greets men. She’ll make women wait. A girl had been waiting for a few minutes and she never greeted her but as soon as a man walked in, she went straight to him. I’m glad the girl spoke up & said she was next. I witnessed this twice while waiting to order. (Got tired of waiting & left.)
The kitchen staff was busy and working hard to get the orders out. I will give them Kudos.
It seemed effortless with no direction in the front. More of I want to be cute & flirt versus working. Needless to say, I left without ordering. I’ll drive 20 minutes to another location. Not spending my money where no one wants to take my order.

I thought this was the better location until I picked up my order for.my baby girl. The wings and fries looked and tasted like they were cooked two days ago! Come on wingstop! Then, I stayed on hold for over 40 mins waiting to speak to someone. This will go all the way up the chain if I don't get a remake !

Very poor customer service, everyone including the manager had horrible attitudes, I felt like I was bothering them. They had no cashiers so we had to order online. It took 45 minutes to get my order. And it wasn’t even what we ordered. I will never come to this establishment again and I will tell everyone I know what kind of place this is.

Wingstop had good flavors and decent portions, and online ordering was simple. However, the fries were overdone, there were puddles of sauce pooled at the bottom of the wing parchment, and both wing orders were packed in one box, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it was just okay—not something I would rush back for.
