I’m from California where people order fast food and get delivered/cook fast. This location needs to step up their game there’s only 3 people working and orders take up to 1 hour to be filled even to dine in! You guys need to hire people that actually need the job because the employees there are very slow assuming they can switch jobs easy. Hire people who want to work!!! It’s so annoying to be waiting so long for fast food that is not fast to be made.

Shout out to Stefan, Great energy and greeted me soon as I walked in the store. There is also an older woman who I believe is a supervisor, that I see day in day out, work hard to keep the store running as it has been. She is militant yet gentle, and she could be my auntie any day.

This is normally my go to Wingstop but after today’s order, I will not be ordering here again. I ordered a 20 piece, traditional wings and my chicken is full of white spots (freezer burn) and smells like chicken blood (spoiled). I’ve been calling the restaurant as I’m not able to go back to the restaurant today and no one is answering. I’ve called 4 times and not one answer! Wingstop cost way too much to be receiving low quality and spoiled chicken and no customer service.

The food is great here! when they get the order right.. I usually call in for take out and it seems like 1/3 of the time they get my whole order wrong. They always offer to fix it so kudos for that, but I am not the type of person who will waste gas going back. Now I always check before I leave their establishment.

This had to be the worst experience i have every had coming to wingstop. I ordered online and the wait time was 30 minutes. It took a hour for my food to be finished. The drink machine was broken and it didn't even have ice. There was only two people working so I get why the service was bad but sometimes you just need to close if you dont have staff. I literally just wasted 26 dollars on food that I just threw away.
