This wing stop needs a manager!! ASAP.. the lack of management shows in the staffing.. rude, impatient, and total confusion.. after a 40 minute wait which includes the wrong order of chicken, listening to how the current manager is milking the system, and additional wait for the chicken I wanted because they don't have any prepped, and one customer service rep on her phone , and how she doesn't appreciate the customer not speaking English, and complaining how the customer isn't speaking loud enough. I won't be coming back to this particular wing stop 😔😔😔😔

Unfortunately, I have to add this review to Wingstop on New Bern Avenue yesterday, Sunday, January 19th. Cashier Ms. Barbara was very rude. Very unprofessional 👎and very negative towards customer service quality. The very next day I spoke with manager Dominique as of today went back to Wingstop and she did not rectify any of the complaints 🙂↕️that I fortunately was dealing with. The district manager did not help or did not show any courtesy to customer service to a loyal customer that dine's in with them all the time 😖 spend the money all the time. I would just recommend anyone to be careful at this establishment because the atmosphere is very low and very poor and the quality service is very unprofessional unfortunately 👎👎👎

I ordered my food Friday night about 930 went to pick it up when I bought the food back home. I order family pack supposed to be bonus chicken wings, and chicken strips but I have bone in and everything was fried hard. The kids barely ate the food so I wasted my money. I would never go to that Wingstop again on New burn Avenue.

I had a very frustrating experience picking up two Uber Eats orders from Wingstop. When I arrived, I provided the worker with the names for both orders, and he asked me to sign in, which I did. He handed me both orders, but only wrote the name on one bag. I asked if he could also write the name on the second bag since the writing was very small and not easily visible, and I didn’t want to mix up the orders.
He told me I could write the name myself, which I politely declined, explaining it wasn’t my job. I then asked to speak with a manager, and he rudely informed me that he was the manager. I let him know the customer service was poor and that I’d be contacting corporate, especially given his unprofessional behavior as a manager.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and won’t be returning to this location. The lack of customer care and rude attitude was completely unacceptable.

The steps are unkind and very rude. I felt very unpleasant. The staff are unfriendly and seem unprofessional. When I asked how much longer the food would take because it was delayed, the person at the front responded, “I don’t know, the kitchen staff would know.” I was shocked that an employee could give such an absurd answer. I believe this person is not qualified to work here.

It smelled horrendous in there. I can’t put it to words but it smelled like a high school bathroom in the worst way possible. Food was fine but you can tell nobody working there wanted to be there.

They completely forgot 16 of my boneless wings and forgot to give me all 6 servings of the ranch I ordered. Plus, I ordered garlic parm wings and they said they didn’t have any parm cheese for the wings. Wings and fries were definitely sitting for awhile before handing them to us because of how cold they were.
