HORRIBLE. I paid 50 dollars and it wasn’t even worth it! They don’t even have trash cans and the bathroom had running water(it wouldn’t stop). It looks like they don’t even clean their tables. Honestly I was so ready to try wing stop since forever but this was horrible!! I need the FDA to inspect this place!!! You guys should eat at el tapatio instead of this place.

I arrived at 11:25 and was walking up when a worker ran to the door while laughing, locked it, and then went to turn off all the lights. Online and on the door it said they closed at midnight. The worker was a blonde hair black woman. I will go to another location especially after reading the reviews and having this poor experience…

I would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t know the names of the people that were working but just so whoever can pull up the schedule to see for theirselves…it’s March 22, 2024 9:34pm. I’ve been waiting for over 20 mins for my wings. I’m actually writing this as I’m waiting, but I just wanted to let you know the people in the back are goofing around. I tried calling my order in but I got no answer one time and the other times I called the phone was answered but no one was responding so I walked in and placed my order in person. I just witnessed the girl at the register answering the phone and putting it down a few times which is really crazy. I’m assuming she did the same to my call. This is unacceptable. For me to see them not even really making to go orders or any orders I’m waiting really long for just a 6 piece wing meal.

So my mom paid for an order that was placed online, and when we came to pick it up, our order wasn’t together entirely. Reason being one of the employees informed a family member of mine that part of the order was thrown away, so then, when my mother walked in to figure out the issue as to why our order was thrown away they told us that there was nothing they could do about it. With that being said, the customer service proceeded to get worse, and was beyond poor, and I was very dissatisfied with the language that they used in direction towards my mother the profanity was very unacceptable. The fact that they were cursing at my mother was very unacceptable and Inexcusable, everybody needs to be fired. My service today makes me not ever want to go to another Wingstop ever again. Not to mention, I was unhappy with the fact that they were touching food with no gloves. That’s unsanitary and very disgusting. That should be reported to the health department and that’s also grounds for cross contamination, and for the place to be shut down indefinitely. When I made the phone call while I was inside the store to make a complaint, that’s when the attitude of the manager shifted. She too was also talking about how nobody’s gonna lose their job, back there with the other employees using profanity as if we couldn’t hear them in the back yelling about the situation. While they were in the back no one seemed to care if our chicken was done frying, it possibly could’ve been grease burned because, everybody was in the back not paying attention to the food that was in the fryer that me and my mom was waiting for. Overall, today was a big disappointment for my service and experience at Wingstop. The profanity and language being used directed towards my mother, was not only an excusable, but very distasteful. And should not be tolerated at workplace.

Trey the manager is so unprofessional and rude! I spent 30$ on take out and once I got back to my office I opened the box and it was wrong. Called and he hung up on me twice, refused to assist or give me another Manager. Now Corparate will be handling!!

I ordered wing online. A 10 piece wing, 8 piece wing, and 2 chicken strips. I've been waiting for over an hour in the restaurant past the estimated time. Has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever endured. If you have other options stay away until they get this place straightened out if they ever do. My worst experience probably ever!

walked. In and it took them 67 hours to ask us what our ordere name was… then when asked proceeded to say we did not order with them.. I understand our fault but DAYUM all that time chart in in the lobby wit the workers just for them to not speaks to costumers and be CLEAR.
