The food is good, but only if they give you what you ordered. They are usually short staffed with a huge wait for your order. Seems like an unsanitary location and staff. But Wingstop has some decent wings and fries. No dine-in here at this location.

This place has been getting worse and worse. What started out as getting food ordered online and ready about 5-10 minutes after the time has turned into waiting upwards of an hour for food preordered. I understand some of it is beyond their control. But the website needs to be more clear about wait times.

Zero stars if I could. Never had a worse take out experience. Ordered online and came to pick up at the time we were quoted. There was a line out the door of people waiting. No one was given updates, we were even told to not pay attention to the order tracker. After waiting 50 minutes past the time it was quoted without an update, we left without our food. We were unable to get a refund. The order confirmation says to cancel or refund to call, but every time I call I get a busy signal for the past 24 hours. Will never order here again. 7:30 pickup turned into wasted $40, no wings, and a 9 pm trip to Chick-fil-A.

Some the rudest guys working there, headphones in their ears acting like they cannot hear. Just no reason to be rude for someone asking if their order is ready, when the board says it is. Tossed the bag on the counter and said “here’s your food”

Door dasher contacted me and stated they let my food come back after misplacing it with another delivery driver. The bag was ripped open when it came back. Instead of remaking my order and being sanitary, they took the food out and just put it in another bag. Then proceeded to tell my delivery driver that they “don’t care what happens” because they are sick of the job anyways. If u don’t want an illness don’t eat here
The food was great. Water was on the floor. The floor sign was out but I didn't see it right away. The cashier with pink hair didn't care! Didn't warn people and if you purchase wings onky you must pay for ranch/blue cheese separately. It would have been nice to k ow this. Its on the board but I overlooked it. I thought that wording pertained to something else. In my current role I make the public aware of what they will receive and how much ot cost. SMH we can easily overlook if we dont know.

Tia has bad customer service and I ordered a 8 piece boneless wings combo and only got 7 pieces. Took the food back in and Tia opened the box counted the wings went to the back and gave me back the wings after adding one more to the box. Ma’am I don’t want the food anymore it’s been played over. So after waiting 30 plus minutes for food I can’t even eat it. The manager was helpful and friendly.
