I will start with saying I love Wingstop & consistently order from this location & others in the area. However, today was my last day doing so. To start, I ordered my food at 6:04pm with the approximate time stating it would be 21-26 minutes. However, I did not receive my food until 6:56pm. This is extremely unacceptable, especially considering individuals time & other obligations they may need to tend to. Upon returning home, I realized out of all 30 of the wings I purchased there were only 3 flats in my order, but had I placed an order for all drums or all flats they would have been quick to charge an extra fee. I completely understand that there’s no guarantee for half and half but 3 out of 30 is absolutely unacceptable. I then called the store and explained the issue I was having and the “manager” stated that I needed to bring my entire order back to the store and wait for it to be remade. I work in management and I have also worked in food service. Once food goes out the door it cannot be returned back to the kitchen and as a manager that cannot be the only solution possible to expect a customer to drive back and wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour for food to be remade. This is extremely unacceptable and Wingstop will no longer get my business due to the poor customer service.

Called because my door dash never arrived. The person I spoke with on the phone was not helpful at all, super rude and made an already bad situation worse. He also hung up on me. Meanwhile the door dash driver said that they delivered it back to the restaurant. Called back to speak with a manager and was left on hold for 5 minutes. The manager Nakia said it was on us to figure it out, super rude all around staff …. Every time I order here my fries are burned, corn is too charred, or my wings are over cooked. Please go to the Cary location if possible. You'll waste $ here, too hit or miss.

Just an overall bad experience. The restaurant is not clean, the employees are not friendly, and the food is not fresh.The chicken is incredibly robbery or stringy, and there’s never a good middle ground.The sauces that cut the chicken, lack a ton of flavor or spice. I expect a mango habanero to be spicy, and this was just some pitiful sugar concoction.And don’t get me started on their loaded fries. These soggy fries were covered in a solidified, gluey cheese, with no flavor.

20 minute wait for 10 boneless wings. Place is the atmosphere of a Little Cesar’s. Floor is sticky, condiment bar is a cardboard box of ketchup with used wrappers littering it. Just dirty and slow overall. Wouldn’t go back.UPDATE: and my entire order was wrong.

I'm gonna start by saying I love me some wing stop. I've not been by in months so figured I'd come in and have a delicious meal. They were out of ice, so they gave me a sprite which is what I wanted however, that tasted like nothing but straight up carbonation, and not the fun fizzy sprite goodness, it was gross. The wings were... Decent at best. The loaded fries were the best part of the meal... At a wing place. ??♂️ This is the last time I'm going by this location. I should've checked the reviews first. Don't waste your money here.

There’s not much to say about atmosphere as you can only take out. Same for service, though there was no wait and order was correct. It just wasn’t good. Granted, we got 1 chicken sandwich to try & now we know that we should stick with wings. This chicken breast was so overcooked & chewy it was barely edible. The fries did not seem fresh but just whatever was left & this is at 530pm. We’re ahead of most dinner times, not expecting late lunch fries. Or what seemed like it. If it were my 1st time, I would not go back. But we have had much better than this visit.

Placed my order @10 & was told it would be an hour wait because they’re “short staff” there was 6 people working and about 6 ppl waiting on food….. after waiting 30 mins for my food 2 ppl who was getting high outside came in and went in the kitchen. Waited 30 more minutes then had to argue about getting my complete order. I ordered 15 wings they gave me 10 & fries instead of my corn. I don’t get it. Nobody is making you work here. You choose to. Nobody is making me eat wings, I wanted to. You wanted to work here so WORK. Or quit who cares. But stop making everyone else’s experience horrible. Stop being a statistic. Stop being ignorant. I’ve seen high school kids work better than these “what looks like” 30 year olds. Please.
Place always smells like Marijuana. They play vulgar music on the speakers. They are very slow and always get your order wrong or mixed up with someone else. The employees are rude. I have contacted the cooperate office and received no response.

Unlike most wing stops (and what is advertised), THERE IS NO SEATING OR CHAIRS OR TABLES. pick up only. Big disappointment. The staff immediately knew when we walked in, and clearly they had people walk in all the time trying to dine in. They said they just renovated and got rid of the dining area. Poor decision on management.
