Customer service needs major changes and improvement. When I walked in the clerk asked me to do a survey for a free fry so I was kind to do the survey while waiting on my order but it took 45 MINS FOR 6 WING COMBO WITH FRIES unacceptable. The clerk hesitated to respond to my grievance about the wait and then started he couldn’t give me a refund he needed my name and number EXCUSE ME nooo you need better time management especially you only worried about the large orders but my thing is your only cooking Wings it’s not like your selling chicken and fish and side dishes .. keep your wings I’ll find better business …. AND THE FRIES FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BURROUGH WERE COLD.

My first time at this location my food has hair in it. Was told they couldn’t refund me but could replace my food. I was told 13 minutes and here I am writing this review 25 minutes later and still have yet to be updated on my order or anything they just keep looking at me like they don’t know how to interact with guests. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER RETURN! Had I been able to get my money back I would have done that instead of wasting my time! HOW DO YOU OFFER TO REPLACE SOMEONES ORDER TELL THEM A TIME FRAME AND FORGET THEM WHILE THEY ARE SITTING IN YOUR FACE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Went to this wingstop tonight, been waiting for 45 minutes at the counter to order my food, for the manager to come tell me, "We are not taking walk-in orders". Excuse me?! Its 9:51.
So they are "not taking orders" but have their whole shop set up to watch THE SUPERBOWL.
Glad to know the Superbowl in more important than your customers.

I wouldn’t recommend needing wings for any special occasion or sporting event. Even when online orders are placed days ahead online, your order won’t even be made til 30 minutes after the designated pick up time.

The wings were a bit overcooked / dry. Not as good as I remember. The fries were overly seasoned/salted, I couldn't eat them. Total overall experience: 5.5 out of 10.
