I decided to try this perticaler wingstop out and I regret it. I asked for Cajun fried corn, they fried the corn but didn’t put the Cajun seasoning on it. So I take my corn back in and asked for them to please correct it. They pointed out at the table and suggested that I put the seasoning on it myself. About the wings, I asked them to fry the wings hard and it was the opposite. I didn’t notice it until I got home. Very bad customer service. As I was ordering, the employee walked away 3 times.

Don't dare order delivery from here. Store will say DoorDash picked it up and DoorDash says it wasn't there. Several emails and texts from both saying it will be delivered (taking almost an hour) then never shows up. Now have to wait to dispute charge.

This Wingstop Avent ferry Road needs to be investigated?because of the poor service that they're given to the customers a couple of days ago I seen an incident where the worker Dominique Miss Dominique was very rude to a customer? because he was trying to get fresh chicken her coworkers look like they wasn't going to help and just had a poor judgment of character and the store manager needs to evaluate situation because they are losing customers?

Came in at 2:10 and saw the worker Mikayla was visibly upset. So I treated her with the upmost kindness while she was being exceptionally rude. Then when she completed my order she took whatever she was frustrated about on me l. Who I remind you that I was very polite and patient. And set my food on the metal rack for my food to get cold for over 15 min. When I never left and was sitting inside the entire time. If it wasn’t for her co-worker I would’ve never got my food. An awful experience. Mikayla needs to learn not to take frustrations out on other people and to do her job.

You can't even cancel an order online when you accidentally put carry out instead of delivery and the manager says they have no power in canceling an order even tho it says in the email to CALL THE STORE NUMBER to cancel. This is ridiculous. I hope I get my money back and never ordering from here again until they add a cancel button on the app
