After waiting for an hour and a half, I never received my order. When asking for the order to be cancelled and requesting a refund, the store refused and said only a general manager could return my money and they couldn’t provide any proof of cancellation. This is a $60+ order. We then asked how much longer and they said at least 20-30 minutes and went back to lolly gagging in the kitchen with more than 15 people in the store waiting for their order. No urgency, no apology, just laughing and dancing together while people waited WELL after their pick up time. Ridiculous!! Please refund my money immediately for the order and have the so called general manager contact me ASAP!

Picked up my order tonight, we did the 20 for $20 with hot honey and hot lemon. I arrived at the store around 5:15. The staff was very polite and let me know that my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited about ten minutes and my food was ready. The wings were hot, the fries were well seasoned, and I greatly enjoyed the brownie.

So we were here yesterday (7/28/25), and service was okay. Just okay. And the wings were not as good as our first time here, which was last week.

Last week was my first time at Wingstop and the wings were the BEST I’ve ever had. And service was Great.

I’m still giving 5 stars because I hope that yesterday was just a bad day.

Food is decent. Have to get things well done as they move very fast and sometimes is not cooked all the way. Also never correct pick up times. Staff is decent however they do allow corrective action or arguments be seen by the customers.

I really like the fact that I ordered two types of chicken tenders. One was wet and one was dry and they positioned the paper inside and a way to create a barrier between them so they didn’t touch. I really appreciate that.

Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.
