Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!
Spent my entire lunch waiting for an order that should have been completed before I arrived. Never received the food I paid for

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.
It is a good place to grab wings and go. I get it its Super Bowl Day, and they gonna be mad busy. I went in to pick up my order. I was told by Angela that they are behind 30 to 45 minutes , and they call me. I went in there like 30 to 40 minutes later to ask about my order Angela didn't even acknowledge me she just kept helping the people around till a lady next to me told her and she said I been here before that it's not ready whenever I heard I girl in the back say my order name and Angela didn't even look at the orders so this other girl tall skinny color she help me and ask for the name on the other and it was ready on the shelf. From my point of view, Angela can handle a crowd like that, her hands shaking and avoiding people that have been in the store checking up on their orders. That's not how you treat people, and where's the customer service from Angela. Again, I get it super bowl day and it is going to be busy, but still, you can't acknowledge people or acknowledge the people you want to. ANGELA is lucky I didn't splash her with a drink to make her night worse :)

Wingstop forgot part of order. Instead of offering immediate refund they thought I should drive there or call UberEats driver to come pick up what they forgot. Talked to 3 people- before they claimed they will get supervisor next morning to issue refund?! Really? You make a mistake make it right and don’t make it about upset customer trying to get you to do right thing.

During the time that I went it just opened up. The manager at the time was very friendly and kind and recommended us some things to try off of social media. My husband and I had lemon pepper wings well done put some Cajun corn niblets and some regular fries with some wing sauce ranch! Affordable prices for me

Fully staffed store had me waiting 5 to 7 minutes for a pickup order that's sitting right next to you??? Don't worry about my business, I'll take it elsewhere ✌🏿
I ordered online and it took 2 hours to get 8 wings and 5 pieces of half inch corn. When I placed the order it let me know that it would take up to 68 minutes. I figured it was Saturday and they're busy. I ran some errands and stopped by to pick up my food and the young lady working the register said it would be another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I go back in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged they walked by several times. An hour later I received my food. Wings were super greasy but the Cajun corn was good (hence the 2 ⭐️'s). Didn't eat the wings! And after all that time, not one "I'm sorry you had to wait" or "here's a coupon for a free something for your patience". She just handed me the bag and walked off. Customer service stinks!!!
There were at least 10+ people standing around in that small restaurant waiting on food while others waited outside or sat in their cars as I did.

We walked in ordered one of the cooks dropped the bowl in the floor I told a lady next to me watch he will still use it he put it on the bottom shelf. I walked away and sure enough he starts mixing fries in that same bowl he dropped on the floor come on! The other customer called him out an he looked dumb founded if they stopped talking they will get it right an on top of that they were mixing up orders and not confirming orders on the tickets. Do better also soda machine was also down only teas worked.
