I went to this store to pick up a Doordash order. There was only 3 staff members, one of which was cooking quite slowly. They had many orders backed up and even turned down orders over the phone. I suggest staffing a little better on a Friday night.

Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.
The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight
Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
I used to stop at these all the time in florida, but I recently stopped in north carolina and it wasn't as good as I thought it used to be.It's fast food and it is chicken wings.So I guess I shouldn't complain

Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning
This location use to be great food and service. 3 of last 4 times I have been there had to cancel my order after waiting 30 minutes past the time is was supposed to be ready, and the staff saying it will be 15 more minutes. This past time (this evening) the front staff member may have been the most rude person I have ever seen in a customer service type of job. The Manager, Michael was very pleasant, but not much help, said I would have to come in tomorrow to get a refund. Half the customers started asking for refunds. The food last time was poor as well, wings very dry and overcooked, with almost no sauce. This location was once very good, but now, no sure I will go back.

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!
App said 14-18 min for pickup. No one greets you or even appears to acknowledge you when you enter. It’s been 50 min and pickup is still not ready.

I had a terrible experience here. I waited more than 30 minutes just for fries, and even after checking three times, the staff completely forgot my order. In the end, they admitted they forgot, and I had to cancel and ask for a refund. The manager wasn’t even around, and the team didn’t know how to process a refund. This was really frustrating and disappointing. Bad customer service.

Terrible experience with this location fayetville rd garner NC on 10/9 with a lady named Rhonda. She’s very manipulative and not a good listener. She can definitely hear but the listening portion was lost on her during our entire encounter. My friend and I ordered DoorDash to be delivered, instead of getting a delivery we got no confirmation of a driver being on the way or picking up our food. After an hour we decide to call the store to ask about our order and Rhonda assured us that we were 100% at fault and that we misused the wingstop app and did not chose a “DoorDash/ Uber Eats” option. We were not given that option and she told us repeatedly that we were mistaken. She said we can pickup the food- however that was the entire reason we ordered in- so we didn’t have to. After asking for her name on the phone she refused to tell me, and stated our food that had been sitting over an hour and a half now could could only be partially remade. Unacceptable- and unbelievable we go in person and Rhonda ensures us our food is being remade already. Then why couldn’t that have happened initially? 15 minutes after that while we are-sitting in our car Rhonda approaches our car with a man and states that he is our DoorDash driver. The same door dasher she said that we never placed an order to be delivered by. After telling us we misused the app and we opted for a pickup order, repeatedly. Over the phone and in person. This is beyond ridiculous, what turned into a 45 minute delivery turned into a 2 hour wait.
Rhonda really knows how to cover her behind verbally. She will say anything to void accountability and gaslight customers to no extent which is just not good work ethics in my opinion. Jeff also standing around in the back laughing and drinking fountain drinks while we waited 30 minutes for a recook that was already being made when we arrived, supposedly.
