Ordered online got the wrong order tried to call to tell them no answer
everytime i get food from here they mess it up, i ordered and didn’t get none of my drinks , i paid extra for flats and got drums . they never get it right.

Placed an online order for myself and my co workers totally over $100, online hours were not correct apparently bc it allows the order to e placed took my money but the store was closed. I have been trying to get a refund with no avail. Finally spoke with someone named Dave (I was told on 4/22 that was the manager and the only one who could help) Dave said it would only take about 5-7 minutes (his words) to issue the refund and he would give me a call back after it was completed. I have been waiting for his call back since 4/23.
there customer service is horrible and they forgot my fries.

Shouts out to Jayden, I hope that I spelled his name right. I stopped in there on a Thursday evening and I was hungry. I am not real familiar with this restaurant, so after Mr. Jayden acknowledged me and came to take my order, I explained to him that I was not knowledgeable of their menu ( of course I know they serve wings!!). I explained to him the number of wings I wish to order, and I would like all flats, as the rest would be up to him. I left him in charge of picking out my flavors. Let's just say this young man did not disappoint. He chose the lemon pepper and hawaiian flavor , and they were fresh, hot, juicy and tender. Let's just say he understood the assignment!!! Thank you Jayden, you have gained a valued customer for your restaurant.
I was in line and the around 1pm and the lady manager was very rude to the person in front of me because he was saying his order was wrong. She told him she wasn't remaking his food because she heard the first time what he ordered and told him if he didn't like it he could call corporate. When he asked for a manager she said she was the manager then he asked for corporates phone number and her response was goggle it. I then left the store.

I spent 40 dollars at Wingstop. I didn’t get my food until 35 minutes later. The short lady with dreads on morning shift was ignoring me when I was asking for my food. I kindly asked for a refund and she came back with my food and shoved it across the counter. She was very rude and nasty and told me to call corporate to follow up with any issues I had with her or the cross link location. I had high hopes for this location and my expectations were not met. Safe to say I will never return to this location.
