Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.

The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

First time at a Wing Stop. My girlfriend was hesitant to take me here because of the 2.5 stars, but it ended up being a great experience. Management seems to really be listening to feedback and making improvements. Restaurant was super clean, staff was very friendly, food came out quicker than expected, and the wings and fries came out great. Don’t let the low rating fool you. I recommend giving them a go based on my visit!

horrible service. food takes at least 40 mins even if its just a small order. customer service is okay but mangement is horrible, something needs to be done on who is in charge because they are doing a horrible job.

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

I was apprehensive about this location after reading all the bad reviews. I decided to go ahead and visit yesterday. I placed multiple carry-out orders online around 6pm and 6:15pm. All orders were ready on time, everything ordered was correct and it was all cooked exactly as it should be. Hot, saucy and delicious. It was a great overall experience. I really hope this is a sign that things are turning around for the better at this store. Please keep it up!!

Ordered a large Louisiana Voodoo fries for delivery and they sent a small portion. The phones at the store dont seem to work. Usually a large voodoo fries fills the entire box. Here they packed a corn carrier with some fries and sent it. Do not order online. Pick up in store if you can!

Food be good but customer service trash they phone never work and they always forget my ranch when I’m ordering with DoorDash .. and door dash don’t have the Powerade option which is the reason I try calling 😒
