Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.

2nd time now I've stopped in after work and ordered to go. The location is always busy! Staff is polite, facility is clean and my order was correct and completed in a timely manner. Food is delicious never over cooked or rushed.

It should not take an hour for boneless wings and some fries when there is 5 people working and no customers. That's just unacceptable. The amount of oil in the food is insane as well, I've been to other Wingstop's and this one is just bad. I will not be back despite the convenience of the location do not believe the other good reviews, this place is not worth the money

customer service is Bad Bad. drove 15 min for Wings only!! Ordered all Flats, justin screwed up after telling him twice All Flats get home to my surprise of only 2 flats..So the manager said they would compensate me for having to drive back, when i arrive Elizabeth aka Manager offered me corn..lol Then said she can’t cancel or void out my order to compensate me.Smh!!! Would not recommend this location at all!! Need new Ownership!!! BAD BAD SERVICE!! never again

This Wing Stop like most chain restaurants has its good days and bad days. Ordering takeout here on the weekends will always be over an hour wait. It’s clear by watching the kitchen work that they have no leadership or supervisor to take charge during rush hours to properly ensure orders go out in a timely manor. The boneless wings and sides can be hit or miss here depending on the day but the traditional wings are always good.
