I ordered a very simple order of a pepperoni pizza and an order of Cinnabons. The delivery guy showed up without my Cinnabons. He asked if I wanted them still or call the store for refund. I said I wanted them and would wait for him to bring them. However, the pizza was so disgusting! It wasn’t cooked and was gooey and very undercooked. I stayed on hold for over an hour to get them to add another pizza cooked this time to my Cinnabons that were forgotten. I am now going to have to get in my car to drive over to the store to get my food that I just dropped $40 for. I have never had a problem with this store and am very very upset and disappointed today.

This is an embarrassment & pathetic operation of a Pizza Hut franchise. I don't like to leave bad reviews but the 4011 Capital Blvd (Raleigh NC) location earned it. I have to order carryout on occasion because my son and I have "Pizza Hut Night" on Wednesdays. Unfortunately, this is the location that the mobile app matches us with on occasion. And believe me, I absolutely detest going to this location but I also don't like to break our weekly tradition. When I order Curbside Contactless carryout through the app, 20% of the time someone will come out and tell me my order got lost but it is now in motion, 30% of the time no one comes out and I actually have to walk in after waiting in the car for 15min, 30% of the time the order comes after 15min late, and the last 20% is actually a good delivery of service. In the app, I even hit the button that "I am here"... but I still see employees coming outside to loiter and take cigarette breaks with other people hanging out in the strip mall. When I do have to go inside, the employees are having a dispute with each other or the cashier is complaining. I understand that there is a shortage of frontline service workers, but this Pizza Hut feels like it's a halfway house and is very dysfunctional. I promised myself that I will never return to this location again. If the other nearby PH locations are unavailable, we will either do Papa John's or cook a Red Baron pepperoni at home. But I will avoid this one at all cost even if it means breaking our weekly family routine.

The absolute worst! 2nd time this location has been a disappointment! Ordered from the app for curbside pick up and seemingly it was more important to be outside on the phone and smoking then to be inside working. When someone finally came out they handed my Pizza to me while on their cell phone and forgot the Soda... okay maybe give them one more shot. Ordered and got the text confirmation for 25-35 minutes and 1 hour and 25 minutes later I'm stuck in a endless loop with no answer. Typing this while on speakerphone If they are shut down it wouldn't be a surprise, but shouldn't the app not let you order? Just a thought. I swear after I get my refund I will never bother ordering from this location again. Delivery, and curbside fail!

The manager Tori is a hard working woman and does a great job as a manager. The food industry can be stressful but this location go above and beyond to make people happy. Thank You, and god bless!

This location has a very rude person answering the phone. I called to place an order and she hung up on me because I asked her for her name. Then I called back and she hung up again. If a restaurant provides bad customer service, then the food may not be good as well.

I'm trying to order a pizza and wings today for my kids. When I called in the order the person taking my order. Was very rude like he was having a bad day. I repeated my order he then hung up on me. I called back he hung up again. I called back 5 more times asking to speak to a manager, he then informed me he was the general manager of this Pizza Hut. I asked him why does he keep being so rude and I want to speak with some 1 above him. He then said "dude what do you want" I said good service he hung up again. This is crazy I wasted 35 mins of my day attempting to order pizza. Pizza Hut needs to do better when putting people in charge of their business
Currently sitting inside this Pizza Hut and I'm not impressed at all. The workers look like they are goofing off and the guy who is making the pizzas is not wearing gloves. That's a risk we take everyday but in this case, these workers don't look like they have washed their hands all day. I just seen the cashier making someone family box and use her finger to wipe the sauce up.. but when she walked away I never seen her wipe or wash her hands.. while waiting for my food, someone in the back said something about needing to go home and shower.. it's just certain things you don't say when customers are in the store.. and that cashier needs to take her headphones out so she can hear me. I had to ask for stuff over and over because she couldn't hear me. I haven't tasted the pizza yet but believe me, im definitely praying first .

Came in and placed a to go order. Some of the options available online are not the same in store I learned during this trip. The cashier was very helpful but it seems that the kitchen staff and "runners" were a bit disorganized which caused a tad bit of confusion in the waiting area for people picking up orders and placing orders. The pizza was made to our liking and we will definitely visit this location again. The only downside to this location is the parking because it is located in a busy strip mall.
