Me and my wife came here on a Tuesday. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak nachos. They took about 20 minutes and were cold when we got them. So we asked for another one. This one wasn’t warm either and had less toppings. The cheese was watery and @ the bottom of the tray. Then they “discounted” something according to the receipt which nothing was discounted. Then they tried to charge a tip that was based off of two orders when we only had one. Overall bad experience we won’t be back

Ordered 6 hot wings, turns out it's a sweet/sticky kind of spicy, not buffalo hot. Not tasty at all. Looking at the menu again, I assume blazin buffalo is the regular spicy buffalo? Since it was so far down the spice list I assumed it would be ridiculous hot. Not sure that I will try them again- figuring out how hot the wings are shouldn't be a guessing game.

I like this place but why is it so freaking expensive! My husband and I came in, we ordered one entree and a side of Mac and cheese with 2 waters. Can you please tell me why we paid $40??? We went to eat Mexican food later that week, got 2 entrees, queso and guac and a soda. We paid $40. Please revise your menu and make things more affordable, we do not deserve to be robbed when your establishment clearly needs an upgrade.

Great place to grab a bite, too. I usually stop in on Wednesdays for their 8$ Philly Cheesesteak special. Unbeatable!

The bartender in the back room asked for a card since we had a crowd. They put a pending charge for $50 in which was fine. The problem is 3 days later the pending charge and the full bill hit my account plus two $4.17 charges!! Do not trust going back there again!!

If you eat in person it is a 5/5.Service for delivery or pickup is terrible. Last two times they forgot my side sauces and go very light on wing sauce. I tried calling to make sure this didn’t happen again but no one answered. I only recommend if you are dining in.

I have 2 transactions on my card for 2 diffrent prices and I was the only one at the table alone. The explanation the lady gave was not true nor did it make since. So I’ll be waiting for my $60 back on my card or in cash in 24 hours or I will be calling corporate amoung other ppl. I have called at least 5 times and no picked up I literally just left there and it wasn’t busy so the fact that no one is answering the phone is beyond me….?

Their wings are awesome, that's why I go here. Service is slow. Its a basic sports bar with an awkward layout.

Visited this place a decade as a previous student. Initially, they had the $7.77 lunch wings along with coleslaw & salads. The wings were large, fries were original fresh cut, salads were generous portions and slaw was a creamy & onion taste consistency. Upon finishing school, my visits considerably eased but occasional. Starting the last 5 years during few visits—the music along with the sports tv programming would be too loud, longer sit in waits for waitresses & even saw a dog at one of the entrances during a late girls' night out BUT the food was still decent. Now Post-pandemic. On my last visit with my SO, the waitresses was ok. I had to lean in to hear her for food placement because again the loud music. The Order: 12-piece wings, fries, & coleslaw. The order came but loooooord what happened? The wings were a thin thumb size & so crisp. The fries looked & tasted air-fried Walmart brand crinkle fries. The coleslaw had a dry-style kfc texture

I went to Woody's in Raleigh last night for the first time. I've been to their Cary location several times, and had good experiences there, so I was looking forward to eating at the downtown Raleigh location. However, I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience I've had in my ten years living in the Triangle. They tell you that you can ask any of the servers for help or give any of them your order. My boyfriend and I met two others there, who had already ordered drinks and an appetizer. It was 6:30pm. When we tried to call out to multiple nearby servers, we were blatantly ignored. We had to wait until someone brought the appetizer to order drinks for us and food for the whole table. The server looked like she was annoyed by our presence. The food took so long to come out that I had to go ahead and leave an hour later to get to a show I had tickets for. My friends boxed up my food for me. I had ordered sliders with extra pickles. When I looked in the box, they had put no pickles on the sliders, but had put them in the middle of the sliders in a pile. Also, the grilled onions were raw. I was completely disappointed. I'll happily go back to the Cary location, but don't go to the Raleigh restaurant. Your time and money will be better appreciated elsewhere downtown with friendlier, more responsive staff and better food.
