Incredible food, I’ve never Had pork buns before and was seriously impressed. The Ramen warmed my soul. They let us get a custom sushi Roll which was very cool and good.

Casual spot located inside Transfer Food Hall. While it's a low key and Casual spot, their food is excellent. While drinks aren't shown in my photos, they also have fun and delicious cocktails. You can counter order or get service depending the time.

This has QUICKLY become my absolute favorite spot in Raleigh for sushi. I was very hesitant because I am a SNOB with my sushi and have lived here since 2018 trying many options that did not come CLOSE to my absolute favorite spot in Sarasota Florida, Jpan. When I started coming here about a year or so ago they had a very limited sushi menu and I gave it the side eye because I didn’t have much faith in somewhere that had sushi as more of a footnote than a star. Well I gave the Raleigh’s best a shot and it BLEW MY MIND! It was SO GOOD! I also tried their Birria Ramen, tbh I prefer either birria or ramen but it wasn’t bad. I am very willing to return for their birria OR ramen, but I really cannot overhype their sushi menu especially since they’ve started expanding. Now just waiting on a solid Eel roll and I probably will never go anywhere else.

I’ve always been a little picky with undercooked meat but this was a 10/10 experience! Everything tastes so fresh (no strong flavors). I recommend the salmon rice cakes!

This is my 2nd time here. The first time I just had sushi and my husband had the ramen. I tried his ramen and it was the best I had in a while. My 2nd time I came to a Transfer Food Hall just to get the ramen bowl. It’s full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

Great spot in downtown Raleigh! We tried 4 different rolls, the steam buns and the fish & shrimp tacos. All excellent. Fast and friendly service too. Definitely going back.
