We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Young Hearts in December 2023 and truly don't have enough amazing things to say about the whole experience! Emma was awesome to work with. She was very responsive, transparent, and informative throughout the planning process which was super helpful while planning from across the country! It was extra special to host some of our wedding events here because my husband and I used to come here when it was Busy Bee when we first started dating and were obsessed with their tater tots and dancing at The Hive! Our guests raved about how good the food and drinks were and we were so excited we got to relive our Busy Bee days with a loaded tot bar. The A/V setup was great and they had a microphone for speeches, let us play our own Spotify playlist, and even display a slideshow. They also had some simple decor that looked beautiful and was one less thing we had to plan for. We used the upstairs bar and outdoor patio and our guests loved utilizing both spaces and seeing the awesome downtown view. The transition from dinner (bridal party and immediate family) to the welcome party (all guests invited) was seamless and the staff was so kind and helpful. We all had an amazing time and it was the perfect start to our wedding weekend! Could not recommend Young Hearts enough for your next event!

I generally like the Trophy restaurants and bars but not this one. The menu is very limited, and to be honest, the pizza is mediocre, although te ceasar salad was pretty good. The night we ate there, it was quite empty, and the music really loud. There's nothing really wrong with the place, but I don't see any reason to return.

I am not sure if it was just an off night, but we did not have good service at all. Our waitress left and started working the bar and truly never came back. No one came to take our order for over 30 minutes, and we finally flagged down a different waiter, who took our food order but could not take drinks. We had to leave our table and go to the bar to order drinks. Then we were informed they were out of gluten free pizza dough, even though we had checked to be sure they had that before coming. This meant the only GF meal option was a small salad. The food was good but overall, not a great experience unfortunately!

This was our second time here and it definitely didn't dissapoint! Our waiter Joe was laid back, knowledgeable and attentive! Food was great and custom drinks are second to none! We Would definitely recommend!

I am a little late to the game in writing this, but my husband and I got married here in March of 2022, and we absolutely loved it. They worked really hard for us, and we couldn't thank them more for providing such a wonderful day for us. The planning team was great to work with and their food and bar were phenomenal. We got married on the covered outdoor event space & used the inside reception space for our reception and really loved the atmosphere. Thanks, Young Hearts!

Exciting things coming to Young Heart Distillery! We were lucky to get some insight into the Valentines day menu, and wow, does it sound fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the bar staff, and greatly appreciated being greeted so kindly and promptly. Highly recommend a visit! Give the pomegranate mule a try and the old fashioned bourbon. You won't be disappointed!

I hosted a corporate reception with 150 guests at Young Hearts. The planning process was seamless with the help of the Events Manager Brittany. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful the night of. The master distiller happily discussed the distilling process with my guests and pour samples of the liquor. All of my guests had a wonderful time. I would definitely host an event with Young Hearts again. Great job!!

Had a great experience during our visit! The food was excellent, fast and attentive service at the bar, and the drinks we tried were good. We were even able to have the summer gin, even though it is now out of season. The fall gin was also very good and different than alot of others.

We just popped in here for a drink and did not get food but we will be back. First I should say I’m a fan of Trophy Pizza. I am not a beer drinker but I like a good cocktail and Trophy Pizza definitely makes a good cocktail so I’ve been wanting to try Trophy’s distillery and bar for a while. I love this place. The bartender was absolutely passionate about the craft and the product. They were out of the barrel aged old fashioned when I was there but this guy was dedicated to making sure I had a great drink and experience at Young Hearts. So I ended up with a boulevardier with Maker’s and YH products in place for the Campari and sweet vermouth. It was lovely. Less busily flavored than a Campari boulevardier but I was told to expect that going in. If you have the chance to chat these folks up while you’re drinking here, you will be having great drinks and they will make you a smarter drinker. I’m looking forward to getting back here and adding a food review soon!

I was super excited to try the special menu for vegan week, and Young Hearts did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious, and my husband said his macaroni was amazing too! Service was fabulous, and we were constantly attended to. We would definitely eat here again.

Went here for Vegan Restaurant Week. Loved the ambiance and vibe but ended up being underwhelmed by the food. The ricotta dip said it came with grapes but actually came with figs. Not a big deal, but I wish we were informed, since we were excited about the grapes. We also got a lettuce cup appetizer off the main menu and it was sooo extremely salty. Our main, the sage risotto, seemed barely different than a standard veggie bowl. There was no creaminess to the rice, which is what I expected from a risotto. The sage flavor was almost undetectable and I don't recall there being any brussels sprouts, which we were also looking forward to.. unless maybe they were just chopped really small and we didn't notice them? The cauliflower seemed unseasoned and there was a layer of grease left at the bottom of the bowl which was not super appetizing. Lastly, our dessert arrived still partially frozen. The restaurant kindly comped the dessert and added a discount to our bill which I really appreciate, but overall, it was an underwhelming experience and if I were to come back, it would just be to try their drinks. ?

I had a table booked for weeks for 10 for a post wedding brunch on 10/22. I just received a call today that my reservation is cancelled because they "are no longer doing brunch". No alternatives, no other options or solutions offered. Thanks Young Hearts for leaving me to scramble to find another option for a large group on such short notice, also the week of my wedding. Really poor service and super disappointing. I would never return based on this interaction.

Held our welcome event for our wedding weekend at YHD and everyone on their team could not have been nicer and more collaborative throughout the entire process. The chef also worked with us on the unique menu which was a true treat! Would highly encourage all folks to enjoy their lovely drinks, menu and great space if you're in Raleigh!

My first time here and I luke it. I would consider another dining experience here, the staff were very friendly, hospitable and responsive. The atmosphere was clean open and good viewing from both floors. The food was...flavorful although pricey. I recommend decreasing the amount of potatoes in the dishes,
