I love zaxbys, however this specific location has been getting on my nerves a bit. Tonight and another time a couple weeks ago they closed the restaurant earlier than they’re supposed to. The website and Google says they close at 11 but twice now I’ve come between 10-10:30 and they have all the lights off and no one answering the phone. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal if they updated their hours, but with the expectancy of being open and turning out to be closed is really frustrating/ disappointing.

Meriam ,as she described herself as manger,was so rude to me today when I tried to tell her about the wrong order,she refused to help to fix my order and wanted me to pay again extra or the food will be wasted and this cost her money ,she said you pay again or I refund you ,and I said refund me she refunded me cash and through the coins on me in the car.The funny part is she took the food again from that was in the car and said I cant open the order because it’s already contaminated so you have to make a new order,but refused to take the drink back saying it’s contaminated.But how could she take the food and leave the drink ,isn’t contaminated already? I am daily customer at this location and some employees know me there, how could a manger treat customers when they did the wrong order and refused to take accountability on it ? One of the worst experience ever and I will never come back there .Sorry for losing a good customer when hiring people as MERIAM .Very rude experience .

Order was ready on time! :) They were out of frozen lemonade and gladly substituted another drink and included a cookie on the house. The entire experience was very pleasant. :) The staff made you feel so welcome! :) Will definitely be going back! :)

Zaxby's is carried almost entirely by their food, but I mean it's a fast food so that's pretty expected. They have those signs about their chicken being addicting and it really is...I moved away so I don't get Zaxby's anymore, and I miss it. I used to walk to this location from on the campus. Eat the fries when they're fresh, otherwise they'll get soggy.

Have to downgrade my previous ranking. The atmosphere is meh now. It is showing wear and tear. But the worst thing of all is they got rid of the Coke Freestyle machine, which removed all but 1 of the drinks I care for. To make matters worse, the new soda fountain is terrible. The Coke Zero coming out of it was terrible. I'll be choosing a different Zaxby's for my weekly lunch outing.

Wonderful experience. I went for a promotion but couldn’t figure out how to order it on the app and at least 3-4 people tried to genuinely help me. In the end I didn’t get it figured out but they honored the promotion anyways. Food came out great too! It made my evening - I’m so grateful. So refreshing to see them work for their customers. It’s an honor to leave this review. Thanks Michael, Carolina, and team!
