Update- I did contact you and it took 3 times of me going up there to even get a claim number. Your insurance company has been HORRIFIC! It’s been 4 and a half weeks. I’ve been in pain because of the 1/3 of my tooth missing. I’ve had to hold on to the box with the decomposing, moldy food that’s stinking up my house. For her to finally take initiative to come this upcoming Thursday! Snails pace! Meanwhile I have to suffer with tooth pain because of the lousy chicken sandwich from your restaurant that had a bone in it! I’m at the point that now that I know who your distributor is because I just happen to see the truck one day I might need to take everything up with the state health department and consumer safety. So please don’t tell me to call you guys when you already know good a well that I have had to go up there 3 times because all of your managers were noncompliant!Not impressed at all. Got a grilled chicken sandwich yesterday and having to already go back after they claimed they corrected the order in the drive through…. I come home and start eating the sandwich and I get a hard crunch and chipped tooth because there’s a freaking bone in my sandwich! I called and the girl on the phone was very nice and apologized and was trying to offer me another meal, but no thanks. Good thing I didn’t swallow it, or God forbid it was a kid eating this. She said someone (the GM) couldn’t talk but took my info and would call me back. No call of coarse and a little over 24 hours later I call them. The guy was kind of cocky on the phone and said “I just found out about this now!” But contradicted himself by saying he already submitted a report and claim! So which is it?! You said you just found out!? More than likely I’m going to have to handle it myself because clearly it’s not a priority! Never going back there! Not trying to die next time!!!

Hello, I am going directly to the Manager to inform him of the serious problem of racism that exists there in his employees who serve when ordering food 3 times I have gone I do not speak much English, only Spanish and it is not possible for them to speak the same language as they speak to you in English and then respond to another person in Spanish or in its effect I have had to say that when I speak they do not understand me and they make fun of me in my face ? it is a lack of respect.. there is no empathy a lot of bullying…. There and it is the Latino because an American is not like that… I am disappointed ? of the treatment I have received there by the staff there

I RARELY give out full five stars but Zaxby’s deserves it! We go there at least once a week (my husband and I) and order the loaded (chicken bacon ranch) fries! It SAYS a side item but it’s more of an actual meal than a side. I LOVE them and can’t get enough!! Way To Go Zaxby’s!Kid-friendliness: They DO have a kids menu!

I went there on opening day. Everything went smoothly! Enjoyed the four chicken tender plate. Being Deaf, they even had a worker that signed. She was very helpful! Nice place to eat!

This is a new Zaxby's as of early 2024. It has a nice open feel with less cluttered decor than some of the older Zaxby's. The people working here were definitely on task to make you feel welcomed and catered to. The food was typical Zaxby's and very good. Nice to see Zaxby's in this growing and busy part of Northeast Raleigh right on US 401. Will definitely stop here again when in the area. One of the things I have always liked about Zaxby's in the Raleigh area is that the management and even the owners make themselves available for conversations and to make sure that everything went well with your visit. I feel they really care!
