The first time I stopped here ordered bo rounds was told it would be a 10 minute wait said never mind I will just take fries. Get to the window was asked to pull forward after waiting 13 minutes for fast food lol. I thought to myself maybe I am getting the bo rounds and the cashier misunderstood what I said. Nope no Bo rounds but what I got was cold fries……13 minutes to get cold fries guess I should of just ordered the Bo rounds Today was passing thru again and said let’s stop here hopefully it will be better than last time. “First time shame on you second time shame on me.” Didn’t have to wait for bo rounds but they were cold, fries were cold ordered 6 Bo berry cookies as we were paying she said will 2 chocolate chips be okay we only have 4 of the Bo berry I said sure no problem then as we are passing out food there are only 4 cookies in the bag. Like really get it together lol. Won’t be going back for a third!!! lol

These lazy idiots had absolutely nobody in the drive Thru at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and STILL managed to not only get my food COMPLETELY WRONG but there was a hair in my bo-rounds and when I called, no answer!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Drive thru was great! Service was fast and friendly. We were driving through and decided to do the drive thru for a quick breakfast as we only had an hour left in our trip. Service was exceptional and employee was very nice and all smiles. It was great to see someone happy and cheerful working a drive thru.

The whole system forcing customers to ‘pull-up’ to falsify drive thru times is way overdue to be resolved at this location. Fix your efficiency and quality issues and you fix the need to falsify wait times. Staffing is rarely the issue but the most often used excuse. When there are 3 working, and 4 team members standing around - it’s not a staffing issue, it’s a management and accountability issue. There have been several occasions when I’ve had to walk back in 10-25 minutes later after waiting at the curb or a parking spot to get my food that had clearly been sitting on their counter for several minutes but was forgotten about; or it was waiting for someone to have the motivation to deliver the food. Once they do deliver it, if there are food items missing then it’s another 4 minutes for the person to go back inside and later bring out sauces or entrees. This has been an issue for years here. There have been team members who have said ‘sorry my manager tells us we have to make you pull up’.. The specific incident today - I was the only car in line initially, but by the time they gave me my drinks another car and pulled to the ordering screen. She came back and asked me to pull away from the window, and they wouldn’t take the persons order at the screen until I drove off.. There is a joyful, kind lady that takes orders, and also runs the cashier at the first window, but once you move to the 2nd window it’s a quick downhill from there.

Went through the drive-thru and they requested us to pull forward. We ordered a 3-piece ultimate Chicken and a ham biscuit combo with a drink. They told us to pull up and wait for it. About 10 minutes later a girl walked out to hand someone else their food that just pulled up behind us. On her way back she asked if we were missing anything and we all were confused by that comment. The driver then replied yes the entire order. It turns out she handed our food out to the wrong person.
