The food is good. The service was awful. I work in customer service and get terrible customers all day and even right before close and it’s awful but I do NOT act the way they did. The one guy literally slammed a tray on the counter w a customer standing right infront of him and when my bf asked for a lid he slammed cup or something on the ground. I would get fired if I did that at my job😂

Service was utterly horrible, girl working was so rude. Mobile ordered tried to save time, staff was unorganized and acted like service was a problem. Don't think I'll go back. Wouldn't have ordered but already prepaid through app. Food slapped tho.

The food was very fresh, the employees were not super friendly, and they offered no Veteran discount which I'm certain they actually do since everyone we've ever eaten at does. This is disturbing for an American burger chain! Do better Burger King...

These people care about their customers. From the lady who helped me read the menu with my low vision to the two guys who checked whether customers were happy with their food. A much nicer experience than I recently had at a McDonald's. Food and atmosphere are typical of a fast food restaurant but the people and the service made this one stand out

Had to wait a VERY long time to order then for the order, but freshest Whopper I have gotten in a very long time. Worth the wait.
Really? So I just ordered a double whopper combo and a fiery chicken sandwich. They had no problem charging me for the meal. After the fact, they had no ice for my drink. When I pointed this out they had no remedy because there is no reimbursement for ice. What the heck. I don't want money, I want what I paid for in advance. Really? Come on man. I'd run up the street and buy a bag before I shafted a customer like this. Think about it

I've been disappointed with the breakfast quality lately. Three separate visits have resulted in subpar biscuits, either burnt or broken. This makes for a less-than-ideal start to the day. I hope these issues can be addressed soon. Thank you for your time.
