Jesse York makes this place amazing. he always takes such good care of everyone and is so honest about whats happening. Please give him a raise, his attitude makes me come back here when the rest of the supervisors seem to just accept the trash fire. 10/10 customer service.

Tried the Wednesday whopper and it was good, I was a little concerned it would taste different with the purple bun but it didn’t lol it was fresh and correct! Tried the churros as well they were good but the chocolate sauce wasn’t in the bag(I’m not mad though)…my entire order was great and everything was on point as far as the modifications! Love this Burger King!!😁

I eat here once a week for Breakfast but will NOT be returning. The Staff is friendly BUT you HAVE TO ASK for hot food and still end up with like warm or cold food. A Female manager gave me COLD hash rounds last Friday and another manager gave me fresh HOT hash rounds. I saw and met the Regional Manager at the Asheboro store and gave this store positive Feedback but since I did the quality of Food has sunken to a new low.

Always flies flying out the drive through window into your car when trying to get some food. But never in the multitude of times I’ve come here have I actually received my food at the window. Always told to park and wait 20+ minutes every time! This is so crazy how does it take that long to give food that isn’t even hot?!?!

Stopped by this morning to get breakfast for my store and was greeted with the BEST good morning. The manager Trendon is amazing, has the best personality, great customer service skills, and really knows how to help you get your day started off right. He was so kind and patient, as I had a big order. I will definitely be back. And if you ever find yourself going through Ramseur, you really should stop in and see them. ALL his staff was very friendly and you can tell they cared about their job and their customers. The store was very clean.

I really Liked my experience at Burger King this specific day. The Cashier up front named Ashley was Such a Wonderful person. she made my day by asking me how i was and offering me a crown. the order was made quickly and fresh. even the place was very clean. Ashley is a wonderful worker I really liked her

This was the worst Burger King I ever ate at the food was cold. The service was lousy. I saw a mouse run across the dining room floor. I couldn’t believe my eyes. This store needs to be shut down. The management was terrible. I don’t know who the fat manager was, but he has a terrible attitude was rude as hell I will never eat at this Burger King again pest control needs to come in. That’s for sure. Definitely needs new management.

Jesus where do I start. This place is infested with rats. Litterly all around the food. In the cooler., over the cups … flies all over the place laying here and there . Even inside the drink /shake machines at times…,the general manager Trandon barks orders at everyone and sits in the office all day pretending to be busy. Make sure you don’t let him make your food eather because he does not wear gloves when he does

May well be the best burger king experience ever. All food was fresh and clearly prepared by some one who has eaten food before. And drive thru no less. With all the other spots you go to just slopping stuff in a wrapper these folks cared to do it right. I thank you!!
