I’ve stopped at the Ramsuer McDonald’s 3 or 4 times over the last month. And this is the sorriest place ever!! I’ve had to get my $$ back twice now because it takes so long!! I’ve never been to a place that serves food.. who ever owns this place should close it or fire everyone you there starting with the manager!!! You couldn’t pay to ever go in again

Order lunch to go and the food was nasty and fries didn't have any salt. The drinks tasted nasty. They gave me rotten lemons. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard.

Would give this McDonald’s a zero if I could very nasty unprofessional, I ordered a fish fillet combo my sandwich They gave me an old piece of cheese sitting on top of it. Look like it had been sitting out for three or four days I took The Sandwich back on the inside and told them and started them remaking my sandwich. I made sure I put something in the box to make sure that they remade my sandwich and they didn’t all they did was take the old piece of cheese off and put another piece of cheese on it at this point I want my money back. I got my money back. The girl asked me did I have a combo because she wanted me to go out and get the drink so I went out got the drink and brought it back in, got my money back. Stay away from this place. No apologies or nothing.

Overcooked fries and waiting 30+ mins for my order is one thing, but a messed up burger with the patty, condiments and other things all over the place is another. There was a mess in the bag! The food was also cold and I couldn't finish the burger because it felt as if I'd get some type of sickness it tasted that bad. This place would be better if kids didn't work here, McDonald's has really gone down hill.

I came through the line and got 2 McDonalds and when I received them they was one patty on each an I paid for McDoubles and they came inside McDouble wrappers. When I called the store the manager Johnathon he said , laughed at me an hung up the phone. Pathetic more so and very very poor management. But if they waste their money and don’t get what they paid for then it’s a problem.

They get their window times down by making you pull forward or park every time and usually takes atleast 10 min to get food even when only 5 cars in line
