Late night drive thru and ordered 2b. A little wait just to order and no one was in the lane. After ordering pull up to the 2nd window. It was a good 15 minutes before even seeing an employee. When I got home, a very short drive mind you. The fried and burger were not even close to warm much less hot or even fresh. The only good thing is the girl was friendly.

I like this mcdonald's they're pretty good.. They stay super busy, which is probably why? If you go inside, you'll notice sometimes they're unable to keep up with the trash left behind by customers... But the food is great. My favorite is the double quarter pounder with 2 extra patties. Using the app, it comes out to around 7 bucks.

Stopped to have lunch large group of McDonald’s employees in dining room very loud disappointing they were eating Domino’s Pizza very disrespectful to other customers that were there for a quiet lunch
Went to get my mother a sweet tea, and I am very understanding when it come to fast food and drive thru because I also work in one, but I watched the girl at the first window watch back and forth what was happening in front of store without even greeting the customer that sat at her window for nearly 12 to 15 minutes. I don't know what was going on but it took me every bit of 30 minutes in the drive thru to get a sweet tea and cup of ice. I literally called inside the store while sitting there before she opened her window and took the guys money.....smh!!! I just need to quit going to this location its always something.

By far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve been to in North Carolina. I will never come here again.
Only children working, they messed up every single person’s order whether online, inside, or in the drive through, and are disorganized & rude. I waited half an hour for ONE small frappe, and while visibly upset and in a rush, they laughed in our faces when we asked where the small frappe was.
Ordering at the drive through, I tried to give the code for my monopoly prize item and the worker over the speaker was uninformed and told me they had no idea how to do it. I tried to explain to them the issue, and they interrupted me while talking very rudely to try to get me to stop trying to use the code. That felt like a slap in the face, might as well tell me to shut up! They even had the audacity to ask for a tip after saying rude things about us to another coworker.
All of the workers in this establishment are HORRIBLE. Especially the younger ones. They’re rude, disgraceful, disrespectful, incompetent, disorganized, untimely, and gave the WORST experience I have ever had at any fast food chain in my life. These same workers treated every other customer in line inside and outside the building the same way. This is an absolute embarrassment of a “restaurant”.

Stopped there on the way back from Virginia to eat it was a decent place kinda hard to get to depending on which side of the road your on parking lot not real big but you can get in and out fairly easy
