Shortstops Burgers and Shakes This is how they treat customers that ask them to remake after THEIR mistake cause they didnt train the sweet gal at the cash register on the new POS system! I went through drive thru to order a Double All American only ketchup meal for my child, and a BBQ sandwich for me. Got home 12 mins later, the Dbl had only mustard and pickles on it. So I called, manager answered and I had to explain that it was wrong and now I had to drive there and back (24 mins) so my sandwich would be cold! She said she would replace both finally after pleading with her to understand i only get 1 hr lunch. I left house at 1251, arrived at SS at 103pm, left SS at 121pm, arrive home and then back to SS at 151pm!!! I got my replacements, get halfway down the road to see my BBQ sandwich is MINIMAL so I feared my child's burger was in bad shape. It SWIMMING in ketchup!!! WHY??? WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?? I have tried to call back, no answer. Once someone picked up and hung up on me. Im not one to go unheard. So here we are!! Do better! My child is so upset, they used THEIR OWN MONEY ON THIS MEAL!!! You are disgusting to treat someone this way in a very small limited town. Do better!!!!!

This company has decided to charge different prices if you use a debit card or cash. There is no sign etc. alerting the customers to this practice and it doesn't show up anywhere on the receipt. The employees can't tell you the amount of the difference because "It's built into the system". It's sad because we were eating there every other weekend, sometimes it was on a Friday evening and Sunday afternoon. Sometimes just on Sunday afternoon. But that ended this weekend. We won't just blindly pay what they say with no real receipt or being able to tell why and what the service charge is. Then to be treated funny because we questioned the surcharge. I'm sure the Shortstops won't miss the 40.00 to 80.00 we spent there monthly but they aren't the only restaurant that sells burgers in Wilkesboro. Enjoy the service fee Shortstops.

mushroom Swiss burger, All the burgers are really good and the milkshakes. only have tried the wilkesboro location, but the service has been on point Everytime. great food, great price too. definitely recommend for family's!

we got 2 large teas we love the tea. tonight after spending $6.18 for 2 large teas which Is ridiculous the tea wasn't tea it was brown water awful spent at least 15 mins in line terrible waste of money and time

I've visited Shortstops Burgers and Shakes Greensboro location several times for lunch, as I work in that area. Always fast service, great food, and friendly staff. Only complaint I could possibly have is the chili put on the hotdogs. It definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, I've tried the burgers, barbeque, hotdogs, and keeping coming back. Hushpuppies, onion rings, great stuff. I get an hour for lunch, and if I go to Wendy's or McDonald's, it takes an hour. At Shortstops, I can get in and out, eat my lunch, and be back at work in 30 minutes. I love this place!

Just wanted to add that there is way too much salt on the french fries. Not sure about the hamburger, The All American seems to be pretty bland tasting.

Horrible phone system to order food, it's some internet line that may or may not connect you. Once they answered the phone, "yo what do you want" then apologized and said they thought it was a friend calling. The entire place is so unprofessional it's a pain to go get anything from there.

Ordered a plain chicken sandwich combo, we received a micro-baby leg quarter patty. Nothing like the picture lol. The people are always nice though.

We have been going to the Ramseur store at least once or twice a week getting milkshakes after church. This past week we went and when we got home they had gave us the wrong kind of milkshakes. So tonight I stopped by and was telling the manager on duty about it and she refused to do anything about it because I didn’t have my receipt. I told her the exact price of the milkshakes and the name of the person that waited on us and she still refused to do anything about it. Sorry you just lost a loyal customer.

Visited Shortstops Burgers and Shakes today. I would 100% not recommend this place to those with autistic children. Please read about our experience! I visited your Denton location earlier today. The food was great, however, I do recommend another way of asking your customers to the counter to grab their orders. While there the announcer was yelling in the microphone. My son who is autistic was crying and covering his ears with his hands because it was too loud and would scare him each time another order was placed. He was also not the only child crying at the time! While there I also experienced other customers complaining about how loud the orders were being called out. It was a very uncomfortable volume and everyone around us was complaining. I would not recommend this chain to another autistic family. I voiced my concerns of asking the announcer to be more quiet or is there another way to let everyone know their orders were ready and he did not have one care in the world and did not apologize. Great food, worst experience ever in a restaurant and my son usually loves to go out to eat and does not have any issues. I would say the Shortstops Burgers and Shakes is not autism friendly. Considering autism is increasing over the years, I do think you guys would have more success and happier customers if orders were announced differently.

Biscuit was very greasy and the mocha coffee was not good at all. Will not be going back here.

Good food but some Great milk shakes.
