Lettuces Brown and orange looking so it wasn't fresh, tomatoes look bad couldn't get any on sub ,we was told dine-in was close, but still over a hour before closing time
Typically have a decent experience here but not tonight. We walked in the door at 7:53 pm. The sign on the door and the hours online say they close at 9 pm. There was a worker cleaning the lobby with headphones on when we walked in. As we were looking over the menu, she comes up and says “just to let you know our lobby is closed.” We felt this was very rude and unprofessional, also seeing that we were there over an hour before closing time. I understand maybe wanting to start cleaning up a little ahead of time but this is a little ridiculous. The worker was younger with dark hair. Will be a while before we return.

My bread was so hard it crumbled when I unwrapped it. It was awful! That's not the first time we have gotten hard bread. I had to take the stuff off and put it on other bread that had here at home. I love subway but not the one in Ramsuer. When they finally answered the phone after 2:00 they said there was nothing they could do about it but if I bring the whole sandwich back they could remake it! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN. and have been going there for years!! Doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion

We had a very complicated order for a big family and they were patiently serving us no attitude and quick on there feet...the customers waiting were also friendly and patient very great
Sandwiches are the best at this location..... We had coupons that we didn't realize were a couple day's expired -microscopic print you know- and this was quiet embarrassing as we had gave someone in line behind us our extra out-of-date coupons..... Fortunately the "good manager" realizing our dillema honored our coupons and the coupons we had gave the other patrons..... The good manager definitely secured our future sub sandwich business that day and much Thanks......
