I have ordered several times at this location. A few times in person, but mostly on the app. My food is always fresh and as I order it. The staff is always friendly. An employee named Collin has gone above and beyond several times. I actually will drive to this location even if I'm on the other side of town. I just prefer the quality and service I receive at the particular location.

I have been coming to this subway location for well over a decade. The young man who has waited on me the last few months , Collin, has excellent customer service. He is always extremely polite and patient, and makes our sandwiches exactly how we ask. As a manager myself, I would love to have a team full of employees just like him. Keep up the good work Collin!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one . First off i parked and it looked like there was no lights on , I walked in turns out these lights were on! I looked around no one was there , I looked around the place there was two very old fans (not no football fans) like old fans , they were disgusting and dust all over them , the ceiling had brown stains all over it . Finally some guy ,he was very friendly and asked for my order , during my order some other girl who works there started talking about some party that she was throwing tonight at some collage thing and then she said “ I hope my house doesn’t get shot up because that’s what usually happens with my parties “ , and I was just thinking what in gods name was that and it made the guy take a solid fifteen minutes to do my order while she was babbling about some random crap . But the food was good .

They have kids working with no training ! More than once I've gone in and wanted to order a meatball sub. No meatballs! At 2 pm on a Friday??? No tea either. Was told they only make it once a day? I will not be going back to this location. They don't fix your food like you ask even though you are watching. They are not friendly either. They don't speak. I got a meatball sub with no sauce?? And once they ruined it by putting lettuce,tomatoes and mayo on it. Unfortunately it was picked up by someone and not myself! This franchise should watch more carefully who they hire. They should offer better training! The service is still bad as of Friday Feb. 14 2025. The last visit for me
It's unfortunate that I have to drive minimum 9 miles in either direction to get a sub.

I went back to have them fix something that was wrong, and I have to say they made up the difference tenfold.. I was very pleased with my order and the manager Brandy was very very nice about it... I definitely will be back they made it worth the while.

Lettuces Brown and orange looking so it wasn't fresh, tomatoes look bad couldn't get any on sub ,we was told dine-in was close, but still over a hour before closing time

Typically have a decent experience here but not tonight. We walked in the door at 7:53 pm. The sign on the door and the hours online say they close at 9 pm. There was a worker cleaning the lobby with headphones on when we walked in. As we were looking over the menu, she comes up and says “just to let you know our lobby is closed.” We felt this was very rude and unprofessional, also seeing that we were there over an hour before closing time. I understand maybe wanting to start cleaning up a little ahead of time but this is a little ridiculous. The worker was younger with dark hair. Will be a while before we return.
