We ordered pizza last night & the delivery driver did not knock,call, nor ring the doorbell. Put the pizza in the garage on the ground and our dog ate it. We called and they said they did not see an order from us. My husband went up there this morning and got accused of trying to get free food! No Sir we spent $40 and did not get to eat our food because your driver literally put it on the ground and left! Will never order again!
Poor customer service, quality and accuracy. My order was wrong the past 6 times I’ve ordered. I waited for a couple of months before I ordered again. My pizza was not the way I ordered it. Called the store and said I would like the correct pizza tonight vs waiting until a later date. Employee acted as if I was inconveniencing them for asking. I just picked up my pizza, put it in my car and started out of the parking lot. I decided to check before I got home. One of my pizza's was wrong so I went back to tell them. They had me bring the pizza back inside and made me another one. When I asked if I could just keep the wrong pizza instead of throwing it away...
