Hardees in Red Springs is a poor excuse for a restaurant. The most difficult thing for them to do is get your order accurate. Food is hardly ever fresh. HUGE disappointment
It's not the food I don't like it's the crappy customer service or the lack there of. When you pull up to order the lady on the intercome says go ahead with your order. What ever happened to welcome to Hardee's can I take your order? When we get to the window it's the same lack of spunk and not one time did we get a thank you or have a nice day or anything. Seriously if you going to be in customer service have some show of liking your job and friendliness to your customers. OH...read full review
