I went to Arbys in Reidsville NC on March 22nd. I ordered an original roast beef a curly fries and a Dr. PEPPER. Total was 11.97. Yesterday I was refunded the 11.97. This morning I was charged 23.04 double what I was supposed to pay. I called them to get this fixed and was asked for a reciept. I threw it away. I had no clue they would do this. She thought it was funny saying without a reciept I could not prove I spent the money there. It won't happen again. Be careful at...

Drive-thru service is finally speeding up at this location, but that pretty burger has zero flavor. Please season theat bland patty. To make it worse,, I asked for well-done but not overcooked. It tasted like a shoe-leather vegan burger.
