Drive-thru service is finally speeding up at this location, but that pretty burger has zero flavor. Please season theat bland patty. To make it worse,, I asked for well-done but not overcooked. It tasted like a shoe-leather vegan burger.

First time coming to this Arby's and my food tasting so awful!! We've been here before and food is always hot and good. But tonight, it was just terrible!! I should not have to pay over $10 for a meal that is cold and stale. As high as these meals are, they should be hot up until closing or prices should drop if closing and food is cold. Even my drink was nasty!! First time disappointed here. I hope it be my last. I will try here again some other day.

Really like this Arby's! food is always fresh. Associates are always nice!My only complaint is if you open at 10 be ready at 10. Went twice at 10 and they can't serve anything fried (fries, motts, etc.) because fryers are being cleaned for another hour. Why not come in at 9 and do that or don't open til 11?
